Using golf weights to stretch- the best fulcrum stretching I've EVER done

I had hit a kind of plateau with the golf weight stretches. Then I took that short break (17 days I think). And when I got back, although I had pretty well cemented my 7.25bpel, I was getting short readings in the tube when pumping. “Hmmmm….” I thought, “What’s up here?” Definitely a negative PI for me to not easily reach 7 and 3/8ths in the tube by the third set.

So I’ve been PE-ing very, “randomly” ever since hitting that no growth, jerky feeling plateau- 2,3 days of pumping with jelqing in between, 1,2 days of rest, followed by 3 days of golf weight stretching and ADS, then 1 day off followed by some jelqing and a little light clamping. Basically, no schedule at all other than the fact that I’m taking more break days and that I’m pretty much incorporating everything but hanging in the course of a week or so.

Result: I’ve jumped up to 7.5 in the tube and took my first ever bpel measure North of 7.25 last night!

So, definitely, the fulcrum stretching is capable of giving you a spurt, but also very capable of putting you into negative PI’s if you don’t watch your shit with it.

Sparkyx was right. But of course, I, totally addicted to remaining “hands on” wanted to see if I could change it up and keep the gains coming. If I can steadily measure 7 and 3/8ths by Jan.1st I’ll have to declare that I’ve kept the plateau at bay with this change up.

What I’ve found, is that the golf weight fulcrums are such a good way of stretching that I do a light golf weight stretching routine before I do any other form of PE and this seems to increase the benefits of those activities- especially doing a light golf swing weight routine before pumping. Don’t go too hard though or you’ll achieve just the opposite!!!

I’m also almost totally packing my 2” tube by my third set now too, so the presumption that the fulcrums are girth positive seems to be gaining ground in my mind. Although I’m also keeping in mind that I’ve added a little light clamping which could be responsible for that.

Anyway, sparkyx’s neg/pos PI idea is brilliant and I keep it right in front of me as I embark on my routines and attempt to analyze their effects. If I even get one day of neg PI’s now, I adapt and try to flow my routine around it.

7 and 3/8ths bpel by Jan. 1 !!!!

I’ll reiterrate what MDC said about these weights- they are NOT heavier than the traditional golf swing weights. They are advertised as weighing 9+ ounces apiece, but they are not. They are exactly the same as the old style.

And I don’t know if MDC and I got different versions, but the one’s I got are TALLER which means that you get LESS WEIGHT for the same span of length with these. The only use I’ve been able to get out of mine so far is to putone of them on my stack of weights when I do my ring pulls (golf swing weight stretches) as I progress my workout so that I can get an extra set right out at the end of my cock- basically using it as a spacer.

And also unlike MDC, mine are BIGGER on the inside diameter than my other weights. So another potential use may be as an ADS after pumping (if they’re girthy enough for that). The traditional weights are just too small to use after a pumping session.

As far as pgrading from regular weights is concerned, it looks like monte might have the crown. When I decide it’s absolutely necessary to upgrade to heavier weights, I’ll review montes PE weights in here.

Let me reiterate my theory on how you maximize the “Wantsmore” stretches, because after hearing your results, it reinforces in my mind that I am getting somewhat of a handle on this stuff.

Your stretches are intense in that the structure of the rings “focus” the force into a small area…much like a magnifying glass can focus the sun and burn objects.

What I believe it is doing is taking the very densely “woven” fibers of the tunica and stretch them apart, damaging the INTERCONNECTIONS of the fibers, while minimizing fiber damage.

As you systematically pull the fibers “apart” from each other, they reach a point where you have pretty much gotten as much separtation as you can get.

Whats interesting, I think because its is such a focused force, you actually need less force and do far less inflammation causing damage than if you were to hang. Fulcrummed hanging is similar, but this is far more efficient at getting all the posssible angles of fiber interconnections.

So, once you have pretty much gotten all you can get with your normal force level (I don’t suggest pulling harder and harder), your gains stop. This is what you saw, great progress, then a real slow down or plateau.

So, because of the type of force and the damage done, I speculate that if you give it enough time, NEW interconnections can form, and damaged fibers get repaired. If this is correct, then with a long enough decon, you should be able to then get similar gains to when you started.

The only questions in my mind is, how long is the ideal decon, and is this process going to greatly limit total length attainable because of the fibrotic repair?

I think the fibrotic repair issue can be partially answered by flaccid “hardness”. When guys are getting a lot of fibrotic repair, their penis, when flaccid tends to get that “beef jerky” feel to it.

I don’t think you have been experiencing that Wantsmore. This may be due to your use of recouperative oils, or perhaps the nature of the focused forces minimizes actual “damage” and just separates the fibers…or a combination of both.

Whats your thoughts on these comments?

Try this….alternate the direction of force while the rings are stacked with a uniform space between them.

For example - Place one ring on the base, and then stack three addition ones spaced evenly long the shaft until you reach the head. Use one hand to grab behind the head for the stretch.

Pick a two directional area that you want to work, like “top and bottom”

Place on the ring finger on the ring 2nd from the bottom(one is one the base - not this one but the next one) and push UP, use the thumb and press DOWN on the next ring up on the shaft. Finally, use the index finger and push UP. Then reverse the direction of force along the rings, and that is one set.

I would think that this would work along the same theory that a bundled stretch would.

I worked each direction: up/down and left/right for two sets each - holding for 30 seconds each and my unit has a warm feeling that I have never experienced before.

Well,

It has been over a week since I added these into my routine. I am only using 4 of the weights, so I stack all 4 at the base and hold the stretch in each
of the 4 main positions for 20 seconds each. Pull them off, massage the entire penis, wait for the fluff to go back down, then I stack three weights and repeat. Once this bottom section as been worked, I slide the 4 back on and begin again, this time in the area just above where the stack of 4 left off
and again work my way down to one weight.

At this point, my flaccid is close to 7 inches, so I add all 4 weights as described in my post above - spreading them evenly over the length of my unit, and then apply force in TWO positions at once and gold each position for a minute in each direction.

I have gained over 0.25 in my daily flaccid length, and I KNOW I have gained EL as well, but have not measured it yet.

I am also being fanatical about heated rice socks….using them at least 4 times per day.

When you stack that high, do you grab the head and pull? I thought it was a major no no to stretch by grabbing your glands.

Even when I move the 2nd stack up a bit, it is still well below my Circum. scar, so I’m not grabbing that high up.

Good gaining newguy. I can tell by the routine that you’ve developed that you understand the promise of these and are applying yourself wisely. Sounds like you need more rings.

I REALLY REALLY like using the opposing directions at once. I can feel the Tunica expanding when I so and it is unlike anything else
I have even encountered.

The flaccid hang is what is MOS impressive, both in length and girth.

I REALLY overdid it the first couple of days though.

I ran into the same problem. I found a piece of pvc about the height of 3 of the weights, and use that as a spacer to take up the slack. It works well, and didn’t cost me anything extra.

Now I really know that you’re doing these to full effect. I’ve noted the same thing. Additionally, because we’re blasting the tunica with these (and because of what I’m seeing up close and personal) I’m pretty sure that while these are VERY good at gaining length, that they’re probably also good at increasing girth.

Yes they are like flaccid O bends.

Uhh I’d have to reckon with you here. Girth is definitely what it’s all about. An inch in girth will give you so much more penis volume than an inch in length.
