Using golf weights to stretch- the best fulcrum stretching I've EVER done

Sparkyx explained perfectly. I would caution you to go easy and get VERY warmed up though. You’ll be surprised how quickly you can work up some serious dick fatigue with these in a couple short days.

I got my rings yesterday at a local golf shop. They are red, but not the Walmart brand…they have more of a hard textured coating than the other brand. Anyway, I did these not quite the way you described, but I wanted to give it a preliminary go. I just heated up with a washcloth and did it seated. I did 30 second stretches in each direction as I put them on and again as I pulled them off…used 4 rings (bought 5).

Some observations:

1. It seems to help with keeping the “turkey neck” in check because of the base ring so this exercise will hopefully not exacerbate that condition.

2. The bottom ring is very difficult to get BP due to my “turkey neck” and base girth. The soap in the shower will most likely help this.

3. I didn’t get much fatigue from this yet, but I’m not pulling with extreme force and my pulls are not a full 90 degrees from the fulcrum.

4. My vac-hanger exercise that I normally do was performed after the Ring Pulls, and it seemed to fatigue the shaft a bit better since it was already weakened from your exercise.

5. I haven’t done manual stretching in so long that it just feels a bit awkward stretching my penis with my hands at this point. Straight up pulling is the most difficult for me to get a good hold on.

Well, thanks for the new exercise. I’ll keep everyone posted as I become better at it.

Agreed. When I did other forms of manual stretching, I was always using the other hand to keep the base skin from creeping. With these, the bottom ring does that.

Also noted the same thing with the bottom ring. Soap definitely helps, and when you’re really warmed up and into the exercise a couple rings, the bottom ring seems to get a liitle deeper.

;) Seems like you’ll stick with them and experiment for long enough to get the hang of it. If you’re after a deep pull that centers on the internals and not just the ligs then these will definitely do that once you start working them. Hot shower, soaping up to get the rings on, and then applying force once you rinse the soap off and have that tacky after-soap grip is the only way I do these. Applying heat directly to the area being stretched appeals to me too.

Thanks. One quick question, slightly off topic though. I’m wearing 2-3 of these after the workout to keep in an extended state (never did this before with any of my PE). I’m just using the Homedics Thera-P to keep the rings from falling off. I know you describe a preferred method for this, but I was wondering if your penis hole (meatus?) gets swollen as mine has been from this.

As you put more rings on, you will always hold the last one closest to the head, so you don’t have to worry about them falling off. You COULD do it with one ring, and just progressively slide it up the shaft (or down), but the multiple rings make the progression much easier.

It can happen. An important thing I’ve found with wrapping for golf weight ADS is to make sure that the entire portion of the dick which protrudes after the weights is wrapped. If you leave any hanging out, it will frequently become disproportionately swollen, sore, or discolored. Are you wrapping up the whole deal, or leaving some sticking out? May be your problem.

The following offerings from “paint” might help explain what I’m saying. In one, there’s part of the dick external of the wrap which gets, blue, swollen, sometimes cold and is usually uncomfortable. In the other, the whole pecker is secured in a wrap and is kept from yielding to the “choked” swollen-ness that happens when you dangle golf weights without a wrap backing up the dick. Do these help?

Hey glanzino. Glad to see you’re inspired. You’ll have to poll montes wearers to see which one’s they reccomend. I haven’t moved to them yet, but will shortly. I’ll probably get the fitted ones that nest into each other.

I started doing these just before I opened this thread so you can check for that date and then go back a couple weeks.

I got an immediate 1/8th of an inch like the couple/few times I tried these- very weird, I could almost feel the fibers in my dick pulling out.

Then I got another 1/8th over the next 3 weeks.

That brought me to 7 1/8 bpel and it took me until recently to fight up to 7 and 1/4. In fact, I’m just updating my sig. at 7 and 1/4 today.

One of the frustrating things for me is trying to figure out just how big my dick is! One day I’ll measure one thing and the next I’ll measure something else. Bpfsl is so variable lately that I don’t really bother with it. I think that the intensity of these stretches is having something to do with this. They’ve added a variance into my growth pattern that wasn’t there before. This is due to the fact that I am likely overworking at times and at others am hitting the “sweet spot” full on.

Because my measurements are so whacky I only bump up my sig. when I can top my previous measure for three consecutive days.

Since I’ve started using these stretches my measurement in the tube when pumping also varies.

I’ve also noticed (and so has my chick) that I’ve gained girth with these too and I’ve theorized that my dick is going through a kind of girth/length tug of war which might account for the variable bpel.

Regardless, it's bigger. I’d say total gains so far are 3/8ths of an inch bpel over the period from the start of this thread until now. Girth has gone up, but I’m terrible about measuring girth. Bigger in the hand, I know that.

I was looking at some sexy pics I took with my ex today. When I saw my dick I was like, “no way that’s mine!”- it’s an obvious change.

I don’t care who wins the presidential race- the only thing I want in ‘08 is 7.5”nbp!

Since I don’t live in USA, I couldn’t find the golf weight. So I came up with this idea.

I used circle hard rubber taken from the wheels of the big radio control airplane.

Becuse theu are rubber and not metal I think they should be lot more comfortable.

I will send some pictures here in 24 hours, I am preparing to go to work now.

I am 7 inch BPEL(6 inch before PE in june) and if I get another inch from your methode, man just ask for anything and you will get it.

Thanks for the technique. This will give me something to do with the six golf weights in my collection of PE stuff.

This is my third day after reading this thread and giving it a try and I like it so far. There’s a good stretch on the tunica and the skin as far as I can tell. I’m not doing a set routine yet, but am stretching for a few minutes 5-6 times per day (no warmup). Plus wearing the golf weights all day (4 or 6 depending on which pants I’m wearing) really keeps things extended all day.

I’ll get some BPFSL measurments later if I have a chance. I wouldn’t be surprised if I’m already a bit longer in that dept. ;)

I think (I get the same thing) that it is primarily due to smooth muscle. Heck, if I pull hard for a bpfl measurement, then for the next few hours, bpfl will measure less than that initial measurement. I think smooth muscle can be very sensitive to insult in some guys, and is the primary mechanism for contraction.

I can take Cialis and when it kicks in and relaxes the smooth muscle, I get huge flaccid. If I go ahead and over do the PE, it will contract up and even the Cialis doesn’t help. If I am in ” the zone” with my PE, I can tell because I get only slight contraction of my flaccid, followed by an increased flaccid that will look like I am on Cialis.

So, I think for most of us, it is critical NOT to insult the smooth muscle with too much force, because when you do, it causes the flaccid to hang smaller and greatly decreases nite wood. This then holds the connective tissues (tunica and ligaments) in a shortened state, and this tends to allow them to contract again from the expansion you had produced from the PE.

I am convinced that the ideal force for most PE is enough to stretch at least slightly, without producing contraction…or at least only a minor amount for a short period of time. So one step forward (or two, if you can) and no steps backward.

So, I think the decrease in bpfl and bpel in the tube is a good indicator that you aren’t recovered from your previous PE set. This is a great way to see where your EQ is at.
