Manual stretches sucked for me too- just skin work and a little blast to the internals.
The stretch with these comes from the STRETCH that you achieve by wrapping your dick around the rings, NOT from the weight of the rings themselves. After I do my wantsmores, I always ADS with golf swing weights.
stee: No experience with the vacu-stuff so I can’t say. Maybe someone else could shed some light. However, it is VERY easy to get a good enough grip to torture your whang quite nicely with these. Use my shower option with soap for the wet and heated side and use Montes talc method if you want to do them dry. It is quite easy to apply killer force to the internals with these, pretty much the opposite of what I found with most other forms of “hands only” manual stretching. With these you’re more running the risk of blasting the internals too hard. Wouldn’t think a gripping aid would be necessary.
sparkyx: Dude, although I don’t wax militant about it on here, be assured that I am as attatched to steady, constant gains as any other PE addict you’ve ever encounted on Thunderss. Although my mind fully understands the value of rest, I always keep my cock one toke over the line with the needle always pitched slightly to the “negative PI” side of the game.
Also of note, is that I like Wadzilla’s elasticity theories. According to his rap, being a devotee of a lot of healthy shit which I’m sure makes me a rapid healer with good tissue elasticity, and also being a “grower”, means (according to his theories) that while I probably have a lot of growth in me, that I’ve got to work harder to get it.
But there’s where sparkyx comes in, no? And shit, Wad is a fan of breaks too. Combining the theories gives you a window for growth that is limited on all sides, where you’ve got to constantly be aware of overtraining, negative PI’s, inducing your dick to “toughness”, or even, as vaseline_knight contends, fibrosis which might be capable of cementing your unit like a motherfucker.

That said, I would really like to see if your theory is correct, and as much as stopping PE (for any amount of time) is distasteful to me, it seems really stupid to just bulldog forward, irrespective of experimentation and finding out what really IS optimal.
