Ok, another question for the people that this has been working for.
Have you gained more IMMEDIATE post-workout girth from other exercises or from this one? From what I remember from when I gained from orange bends, the actual immediate post-workout girth I got wasn’t very much, however, I gained girth permanently. With other exercises which may have given me more immediate girth, I didn’t gain anything permanently. So, I’m wondering if flaccid exercises maybe give a better quality of expansion or something like that.
Is this the case with people for this exercise? How has your post-workout girth been in comparison to using other exercises. If smaller or larger, which exercise gave you the best permanent girth gains?
