It’s been I think 3 weeks now without any porn at all, and also 3 weeks back into PE and guess what, I went from semi-hard erections and no lasting power after ejaculation to rock hard, able to remain hard for several minutes after ejaculation (too bad i don’t have any girl…)

If you want to quit there is no cheap way around it. It took me maybe 2 weeks to do it. I have no regrets, cause I know what this did to me.
