Sorry for the hold and thank you. I started with an ADS. I wore it for about 4 months and it gave me about 3/4”. Then I found TP. I started with 15min of jelqing and later on added some manual streching. You can find my current routine by searching. Type in “my path to self-esteem” and you’ll find my current routine. Excellent thread and suggestions, KP. I find that days I am stressed I am better off not even trying to do PE.

Plenty of heat, a good attitude, a huge block of uninterupted time, no worries usually equals a very good workout.
