I had very bad psych/stress/anxiety/depression as well, I started a couple months ago. PE is an amazing tool for helping with EQ If you do it right and listen to your body.. I did hours and hours and hours of research.. I am gaining at a pretty high rate as well.. I haven’t taken exact measurements but I know in 3 months I’ve gained At least .25” length, not sure about girth, and EQ when at its highest I feel pretty large. Most times compared to pre PE my EQ is much better.

I thought PI’s are good after a workout, it means you didn’t really work out. Most the big gainers and myself included lost EQ for short term after say clamping, and then gained it back the next day strong.

I’m not sure the post PE PI’s are a good tool for gains, which most of the big gainers say doesn’t matter.

I wasted probably a year thinking this was the key, slowed down my workouts, EQ was crazy good, zero gains.

Now I feel my dick is exhausted after PE, but I gain. Anyone have rock hard erections after PE and gaining either inch in length or half inch girth during?

I have been PE ing since the beginning of this month (Since Apr 2, 2018). Slightly modified Newbie routine 2 on / 1 off, consisting of manual stretches and 100 dry jelqs. I have stopped masturbating but EQ has not improved. I am 47. Is my old age could be the reason. I have noticed better flaccid and slight girth gains (but no length) especially on OFF days indicating good PI. Any suggestion to improve EQ.

Can you be more specific about your stretching routine? And are you doing kegels?

I was 57 when I started PE with the Newbie Routine and it took at least a couple of months for me to notice an improvement in my EQ, which is why I started in the first place.

Thanks Seneca 32.I am doing manual stretches in all directions along with a few cranks. Yes I have added kegels and reverse kegels and edging to my routine. I understand that I will require more time.

You’re on the right track, just be patient and stay with it. You already have a better flaccid hang and a bit more girth, both good signs. Just keep going, you won’t believe how much of a difference PE can make in your life.

Erections

I started 2 month back, instantly had great flaccid results then started doing 1000 stretches a day sometimes 2 a day 500 my erections improved and my morning wood and night wood was crazy couldn’t believe it how easy I would get a hard on almost like when I was a teenager. But now its a big backwards erections don’t last long I still get them but its like I have a 80-90% erection enough to get a blow job but not enough to fuck. Even if I take a half cialis which is great support and really shows the gains when all the blood flows down there I can hardly maintain a long erection. It’s all a bit weird now and it seems my little guy has his own mind.

Thanks for the advice, and you are right! I also noticed better EQ after doing PE properly with no overdoing and seeing gains and a better health overall. I m also trying to stay away from porn more often and started out exercising and suplements, might be from them but I think the better EQ is from PE as I ve done this before in my first month with no suplements or anything and could see morning wood more frequent, etc

Hey everybody,

I have already start the basic PE routine about 9 months ago and in the first week I notice a great improvement in my erection but after that I have a problem while jelqing as I lose my erection and as known that one need about 60% erection to do the jelqing exercise correctly but in my case I got nothing during the PE routine whereas I still got the morning wood everyday. So I wonder if there is any method to maintain the erection during the jelqing and to improve it.
I have stop the PE routine about 3 months ago because I loose my faith but I still wanna to do it, so please help me with your experiences.

I m 4-5 months into manual stretching/hanging/jelqing/Ulis/squeezes and i ve also experienced way better EQ from when i started. I ve gained BPFSL mostly, around 2cm, and i ve measured once at 1cm BPEL gain and 0.3 MSEG 0.5 BG, only recently started doing girth work over 10-15 minutes(2weeks)

I started doing the beginner routine about 29 days ago. I stopped getting a prominent morning wood like normal, the day after. On my off day I would wake with a much harder erection, probably harder than I can ever remember. So I have continued and I have gained about 1cm.

My flaccid hang has improved but I have also been using a stealth. At first I wore it ~6 hours a day for about a week. However since wearing it overnight (15hours constant) my BPFSL has increased by 1” in about 2 weeks.

Thank you everyone that contributed to that guide and this thread. Really appreciate the advice you all share.
