I think the nite woods are the holy grail of penis growth. I imagine that after a training session your dick starts healing and I don’t know why but I think at night the body turns the booster on pumps blood into your dick to aid healing. Just a theory but I am really convinced gains especially girth gains are directly linked to night woods.

If I need to take a break because of possible over training, does stretching count as PE?

Yes, night wood is erection during the night. Morning wood is erection in the morning when you wake up. Some people don’t have morning wood, but it does not stop them gaining from doing PE.

Its one of several indicators that make up EQ. Its best to evaluate EQ in totality, any one not more important than the other, rather when you see the totality of the indicators will it give you an accurate picture.

For example, if you get hard easily, it gets very hard and is easy to keep hard, yet you don’t have much nite wood, I would say it indicates very good EQ. You have to look at them all together to get an accurate indication of your true EQ.

Can someone post this in the correct place. Where it will be seen

Hello, I am 24 and I have never had a real PE routine, but would do all different kinds of PE on and off for over 2 years now. Whenever a type of kegel or jelq would help my EQ or fq for a few days I would think my search for a good PE was over, I’ve only to be let down everytime.

I’ve always had terrible posture and slept on my stomach. I this it was bad, but had I known it would change my penis so drastically I would have done it years ago.. Before when I stood, my shoulders drooped forward a bit, my upper back had a curve, and When I sat it got even worse. What I have and many of you probably have is a pelvic tilt which not only prevents the entire penis from showing, it also prevents alot of bloodflow to the penis

HERES WHAT TO DO
I have done yoga stretches and squats with little results, but what you have to actually do is kind of a big change in your life.
STANDING AND WALKING: shoulders back, act like a string is pulling the back of your pelvis up, and the front pelvis down &in.this should buckle your knees straight and stick your chest up, and shoulders back like a bodybuilder does.
WHEN YOUR SITTING: middle of back pulled forward, shoulders back, your chest just like when your standing, and you want to rotate the pelvis so its like you are trying to sit on your penis.
Adjust to not sleep on your stomach as well

(You should be trying to make the “S” in your back spine more pronounced)

When you’re in this position, kegels also have more affect on the penis, as opposed to squeezing your taint.

This may look and feel weird at first but its only because of your terrible posture. Ever since I started this a week ago, my erection went from about 5.5” to 6.5 which doesn’t sound like alot. But its so much fatter now too and is ready to go all the time. Getting and staying 100% hard is simple. Also my flaccid went from like 3” to 4” and is now usually plump like a 24 year old should be. Also, orgasms shoot further and feel better.

It sounds to good t ok be true, but give it a try and get back with any questions.. After a few days your posture will naturally look and feel better.

Thanks sparkyx .By the way to say,I think my dick get hard or too small range when i was wake up after frequently. Sometime i touch felt it. Just as my dick condition , i had three day rest off.My question is here. May i need to continued rest wait for nite wood come back ?Or keep PE ahead? And i never nite wood get me wake up before.Maybe the nite wood is hard for me ? THANK YOU VERY MUCH!

The English translation is VERY confusing. With three days rest, go ahead and try PE again and see if that improves nite wood again for you. Not sure if that answers your question because the question was rather confusing.

My EQ is something I don’t really understand. My morning and nite wood is basically absent, and a rarity. Through out the day I get erect but usually never fully. All in all my EQ is pretty bad under normal circumstances. BUT, if I’m with my girlfriend or watching porn (which I’ve decided to stop doing because I think it may help for some reason) I am rock solid. I don’t no if I should be concerned about ED but the fact that I can literally always get an erection in a sexual situation make me confused. This is why I’m looking to increase EQ quality but also I’m not sure how to take my current EQ. Any advice/help? Thank you!

Your EQ is fine by any measure and staying off porn will ensure it remains stable or continue to improve.
