I don’t even think Kegelling works. I Kegel 7 minutes everytime I do PE. It’s done nothing for my erection strengths. I thought at least that would have given me a result if not having any length gains by now. :S ????!!!

Jay , from what I gather , you can overdo the kegals and actually weaken them from over-use .

Think it’s recommended doing them with a day between .

Read the post #316 and it will give you all that info about kegals .

There’s a routine to use for training them .

I’ll read the post. But I don’t think that doing Kegels for 5-7 minutes each PE session at 2 or 3 days is wearing them out. Especially when they never gave me one iota of difference to my erections from day 1 of the newbie routine either.

I’m thinking of doing a thread on this but I’ll ask here first anyway…

I’ve always felt that I’ve had a hard time getting and maintaining an erection anyway. When it comes to sex or doing anything with a girl, I’ve always taken a long time to get aroused down below and while other men seem to get erections nearly automatically or at least quickly and easily, I’ve struggled to do so. My penis has needed encouraging to get erect be it direct physical stimulation on it or me getting aroused in other ways for me to get hard - and even then my erections don’t remain long or get that hard anyway, certainly not iron rod hard.

During intercourse, with or without a condom I go soft rather easily, I certainly can’t keep rock hard for consistenly a long time.

So I wonder if me seemingly to have a natural state of being difficult in getting rock hard has something to do with my apparent lack of improvement in my EQs?

What does anyone think?

Thats quiet possible. Your bigger then “normal” girth might be connected to it. Do you know the pornactor Shane Diesel? He has as it seems a natural huge girth and has trouble getting really hard at all. some speculate that some penis have less layers of tunica (1 instead of 2 or 3) or more elasticity which also will create a bigger girth.
Thats just speculation though and there could be many other possibilitys.

Normally kegels help. Of course everyone has a different threshold to find the intensity that makes a difference.

Yeah Kegels seem like a total waste of time for me. How hard or for how many extra minutes do I have to kegel if so far 7 minutes of them do sod all?

Yeah there could be other reasons why my erections are difficult, it’s all nerves nerves nerves when it comes to being with a woman, that’s common for many. At home my erections seem to come to me much easier of course.

You have to find out for yourself.
Try to do them until your cant do them anymore. Long holds(10 sec,)short holds(1 sec), all in between and max. holds(max sec until you cant anymore). You can also stretch and kegel vs the stretch which is like a cable pull in bodybuilding.
If you do that max intense PC training you will have to have a reaction in response to it in some way.

For the other things you might start a new thread to ask for help sorting out your situation if you want to ;) :P or discuss it in your progress thread.

In the end only you can kknow and others can help you finding out yourself. Nobody can tell you how many minutes you need to do to achieve anything.

You have way too much anxiety going on, too much going on in your head. Try googling mindfulness breathing;

It will begin to rewire your brain in a way that will allow you to be more peaceful and happy…your dick will work much better, and you will have better relationships.

My only advice is start with counting each breath, and when you lose count…stop. It may only be 3 breaths at first, thats fine. Stick with 3 breaths until that gets boringly easy, then try to go a bit further again. If you do it properly , you will neither be bored or frustrated. Eventually you will find you can keep your focus for 30 minutes, and feel great before, after and during. The main thing is that it is REWIRING your brain, to be a better and happier person. Tons of good research backs this up.

When you are relaxed and confident a rock hard dick is natural when the moment is right. If you are all stressed and up in your head, it isn’t.

Kegel inside the pump. great workout.

Low HG should be OK if you feel fine.

Been back on partial PE for about a solid 8 weeks now and erection quality has increased I would say around 30 to 40%. I’m 37 now, last time I did PE was nearly a decade ago. Last time in 8 weeks or so the erection quality was so good it was physically painful (but great) my tunica felt like it wanted to burst through the penis itself. Crazy angle, utterly rock hard, consistently rock hard.

I’m exercising a little bit and eating *substantially* better than last time, yet the erection quality, not ideal.
Kegels seem more difficult to do, I’m doing them but the development of the strength down there simply feels slower.
Last time within a few weeks of light kegels, my kegel muscle had developed enough for me to move on to “kegel and hold as long as possible” kegels very easily.
This time performing a “kegel and hold as long as possible” is still not really ready to do, despite doing at least 500+ a week.

Only difference I would say is I’m using the pump less (maybe 1/3 as often, couple of hours a week) - should I assume it’s that? My BMI is only 28, it was 30 last time. Please don’t tell me 37 is over the hill already?

Only thing different is I’m doing less pumping than last time, maybe 60 minutes a week vs 4 hours a week last time, anyone got any ideas?

Your body needs more recovery as you get older, but 37 is still young! Getting the kegel muscles back to full strength may take a couple of weeks longer than before, but otherwise you won’t be noticing age affecting anything for a few more years. :)
