just to add a comment guys.

I have been drinking about 5-7liters of liquid a day since i was in my late teens and never had any problems at all. I did a physical check 6 months ago and everything was fine with me(thank god).

So if 7 liters a day over a long period of time has not killed me or made me sick, i dont think that 4 liters a day will kill you, steve.(i always thought that 4 liters a day is normal dose)

In other words: “keep your dick pumped up, and you kidneys busy”

That’s funny as shit can be, I figured that out the other day too!

I seem to remember in the “Stats” section, all the 8-9 inchers on this forum drink lots of water. I’ll have to check again.

Also another thing (I found out the hard way) drinking lots of water can do for you is, prevent stones! I had higher levels of uric acid in my body from a lack of water and developed a kidney stone at the age of 28!

Update: It is 4:30pm and I have now consumed 4 liters of water today. Looks like it will be a 5 liter day actually. I have not died yet or gone more bonkers. My penis is already looking bigger again though.

I could of swore I posted a thing about some doctor saying 8 glasses a day is bs. I think I got it off Yahoo News eons ago before getting the news forum for sure. Hmmmmmmm…..oh well.

Water is good for you for sure. I know with gout it flushes out the uric acid and can help with prostitis or whatever.

I think a gradual increase has to be taken and not one day doing a Shemp with the guzzling sounds on water. But I think I just may be cautious.

Thanks Cabbage, that saves me searching the book more.I had dug the book out and tried to find the amount it suggests but there is no index in the back. Hard to believe they didn’t index it.

Well, T, it’s not like you actually have a post of available font types (or do you and I just can’t find it?) It’s all just trial and error. Mostly error. But you know how crazy a guy can get when he’s all hopped up on that water.

And I want to point out that if anything actually starts, it is once again the crazy :sheepdo: who fired off the first volley. I am merely a humble hobbyist learning the vagaries of vB so I can be a more effective helper for the poor unfortunate newbie posters that wander onto the PE battlefield unprepared for the dangers that await them.

A signature that someone could actually read would help, don’t you think? Just a little concerned that something like this may catch on and we would be looking at twenty seven different font types in every thread. Well, not really, I would remove the vB long before that happens. Being anal (as I have been told quite frequently lately), I like to run a neat ship.

OK T, I will work with my signature. It took much trial and error to find that font, and I was very excited when I found it. And as I mentioned, it looks very different on my Linux notebook than my iBook, so I imagine it looks differently for most? On my Linux box it is very readable, less so admittedly on the Mac. Besides, it was seeing one of your moderators signature that clued me into the possibility of fonts in the first place…

Any better? I made it one size bigger…
