What are your PE rules to live by?

I try not to leave more than 3 weeks pass without any form of PE.


It takes time and devotion.

1. Enjoy PE! If you enjoy it, you will keep doing it! If you just make your focus size, you will get discouraged if you don’t get the results you want as quickly as you want. If you keep doing it, you will get the results eventually.

2. PE for penis health! A big useless dick is a big useless dick. A really healthy dick is a great fun thing to have!

3. Jelq! Whatever routine you are following, always end with some jelqs to get some fresh blood and oxygen into the tissues, and follow them with some firegoat rolls to get the stagnant blood out of the skin, to avoid discolouration.

-Don’t be afraid to experiment with different methods/techniques within your PE sessions. Sometimes a small alteration in one’s routine can be the difference between gains and a plateau.

There are so many different ways to PE, I think there are really only two “rules”

1) Don’t injure yourself.
2) Stay consistent in your routine.

Uhm. ‘A little work done often is better than a lot of work done sporadically’? Or something like that.

Allow me to open my book of secrets and tell you guys….
The two most beneficial exercises I owe to my newfound girth evening programs are:
(1)Target Dry Jelqs-Dry jelqs performed over one inch or less of shaft length. I.e. Base to midbase, midbase to middle,middle to midhead,midhead to head,<head.
(2)Segmented Dry Jelqs-Dry jelqs performed over the lengths of two or more target jelqs. I.e base to middle, middle to head, midbase to midhead.

Beyond that I am experimenting with erect kegels held for lengths of time, at different angles, and on stable and free platforms. In essence I am modeling a program after an abdominal plank and instability program. My goal is to achieve maximum erections every time and on demand. Cock pushups anyone?

1. Do not do PE if your dick is already tired/sore feeling from a previous workout or sex.

2. Be totally focused on all the sensations during a hardcore PE session (jelqing for instance versus fowfers)

3. Give your dick time to recover—rest days are important.

4. Try not to be overly aggressive which encourages the toughening of the tissues and limit ultimate gains.

5. Look out for any signs of any changes whatsoever as an early indication of something going wrong.

6. Try to observe (morning wood for instance) or intentionally get a fully up rock-hard erection within 24 hours of a PE session to indicate fatigue or not.

7. Most people are lying about their stats, so stop worrying about yours and be content with where you are and where you end up…don’t push your luck too much with this stuff.

8. Tell few people in real life about PE activities and that you do them.

9. If someone asks you about PE and if it works add all the caveats along with the fact that it can work.

10. Have some fun with it, turn it into a bit of a meditation experience.

11. Don’t measure within 12 hours of you last PE session and never measure more than once a month.

12. Remember this is a marathon not a sprint…don’t try to force things to go faster than they will…you will hurt yourself.
