What are your PE rules to live by?

I just want to hear what some of your personal pe rules are.

So far here are mine,
1) No more than one cup of coffee (100mg caffeine) a day, 6-8hrs before pe.
2) Never attempt pe on a full stomach. For best results wait an hour or two as the fat content of meals affects ye ability to achieve fuller erections.
3) Keep clamping to 15 min or less to limit complications.
4) Pe sessions should be no longer than 90min total each day with atleast one day off before the next week.
5) Use ice and heat after the cooldown to minimize inflammation
6) Vary workouts week to week to avoid boredom and stagnation.
7) Vary routines every month to maximize goals
8) Never shave the same day you plan to do an intense pe session. It burns like hell!
9) Warm up the penis, spine, abdomen, and hands before and after pe.
10) Don’t let problems in life affect your pe session, you can resume being a crybaby bitch about work and life after your workout and shower. Don’t let the daily grind get in the way of your pe grind!

What works well for one is not promised to work for another.

One of my rules is YMMV. I’ll expand on this thought: just because a routine/ method worked well for one guy does not mean it will work well for me.

Not really a “rule”, just a concept I live by in general, but it’s all the same.

2) Never take the all our advice from those who have just started. This is a problem I see alot on this site where newbies figure out that they can manage a month or two of non stop pe without any I’ll term side effects. So they post their advice, other newbies follow it, then shortly after an injury happens causing a lack of motivation at best.

I would say pe isn’t a sprint but a marathon but even those end briefly. I prefer to think of pe as a savings plan. Each week you add more and then little by little five,ten,or even twenty years from now you will have the cock you always wanted along with the ability to get erections whenever you desire.

Don’t injure yourself, a bigger dick that is useless is useless. Second rule is see the first rule.

Nice one, but how can you tell while you are peeing what is just enough and what is a step too far?

I generally go by erectile strength and pain indicators.

Good question that I can only answer from personal experience and empirical evidence from a sample size of one. In my opinion everyone should read the negative PI thread before they even think of touching their dick. In my opinion everyone in America who has the attitude of “more is of course better” should think twice before touching their dick. In my opinion, jelquing should be started at about the level one masturbates at. If you are sore or have negative PI’s then back off for a day or a week or whatever it takes. In my opinion PE is about health and not overnight give it to me now gains. Sorry that is not an exact answer but it is the best I can do right now.

A side note that has nothing to do with your question on this thread. You may have already done so but if not then go back to courting your wife. Set the clock back to before you were married and it will do wonders.

My rules:
- Remember PE is like watching a tree grow (forgot who wrote that); it may take a while and seem like not too much is happening, but there is development

- Remember that EQ is more important penile parameter, more so than length or girth. Therefore all considerations are weighed against this.

- My off days from exercise are always on days for PE

- There is at least one full day of rest for both PE and exercise (usually a Sunday)

- End sessions on a high. If things are going well, there is a good tension/pump going and I am feeling strong and good, it’s time to stop. For me this is around 40 min.

- Don’t take PE (or anything for that matter) too seriously.

- Always cool down

- Nothing is worth injuring yourself. Nothing.

- Don’t measure too often (you get discouraged) or measure to little (you need to know if things are working). Maybe about every 2-3 weeks.
