What is an hard gainer in PE
Hi guys, I just want to know your opinion about this.
What is an hard gainer when it comes to PE. I ask this, because when I read to the forums (not only Thundersplace), it seems that when you do not gain anything in lets say 8 weeks, members are giving the advice to change routine and use more aggressive PE due to the fact that the person is not gaining as quickly, and accordingly the person is an hard gainer.
