What is an hard gainer in PE

Hi guys, I just want to know your opinion about this.

What is an hard gainer when it comes to PE. I ask this, because when I read to the forums (not only Thundersplace), it seems that when you do not gain anything in lets say 8 weeks, members are giving the advice to change routine and use more aggressive PE due to the fact that the person is not gaining as quickly, and accordingly the person is an hard gainer.

It’s a fairly arbitrary term. In general, I think that someone who does the newbie routine with gradually increasing intensity and doesn’t see any gains after 3 months can rightfully, without whining, consider himself a “hard gainer.”

People who are prone to whining might give themselves this designation after only 8 weeks, but I think it’s premature. After only 8 weeks, one still doesn’t know whether one is a hard gainer or merely a slow gainer.

A real hard gainer is someone who hangs 4 hours per day, 5 days per week, for 6 months and doesn’t gain a thing.

Of course, that might even be bogus, because the same guy might gain instead from jelqing, clamping, or pumping. We don’t all respond equally to the same exercises.

SimonClass,I agree with ModestoMan one hundred percent. I have been hanging religiously, for one to two hours a day, for close to two years .I made a modest gain of a quarter inch, but lost most of it during a recent deconditioning break. Many would call me a hard gainer, but I like ModestoMans term “slow gainer ” much better.

I found many people lost some or all the gain during decond break or if one stop PEing, I just can’t figure out why.

I read that we do stretch/hanging for length, and during the recovery period new cells grow to fill in the gap between cells, and it makes our dick longer. But why if one stop PE, it lost some or all the gain? What happen with the new grown cells? Died and not replaced? Why?

And for the girth, we jelq to fill the chamber in CC with more blood, so the chamber expand and our dick grow. Once we stop, what happen with the chamber? Shrinking? Why?

We all know muscle tissue grow during the rest period, although penis is not muscle, but same theory can be applied. But, again, why when one have decond period, it does the opposite?

My thought on this is that for someone that is a “hard gainer” and they grow a little bit from hanging it is not new cells it is just stretched cells just like stretching a muscle. I think a hard gainer that gained like this would need a long time of just ADS very very light to let the tissue stay stretched as the new cells form and then the deacon break.
