Just a quick catch-up.
What are you doing at the moment, routine wise?

I’m doing a variant of one I saw on a random post here and it’s definatley working though can be a bit intense. It would appear that in 4 weeks I have regained most of the gains I lost before and literally over a few days my flaccid is hanging much lower.

Warm up

5-7 minutes of Jai stretches, all directions.

Then, minute long manual stretches all directions alternated with V and inverted A stretches.

So for example, Straight out stretch for 60 seconds, then a V stretch for 30. Straight down stretch for 60 seconds, Inverted A for 30 so on and so on.

I do this for around 15-20 minutes.

Then, 10-20 minutes of jelqing, alternating grips, jelq speed and type and direction of jelq. Low erection level, always thinking “length”.

Kegels then fowfer cooldown (alternating directions after every 15-20 minutes.)

I need to do more kegels though, an am currently waiting for my PE Weights to come which should add an extra dimension.

Still pumping - cause it’s so enjoyable. I’ve also dusted-down the Jes Extender after reading some of the extender threads on the forum. Basically, the search for more length goes on, even after years of being stuck at my present (admittedly pretty good) level.

You think you plateaued through conditioning irishjim?

I wear my extender for as many hours as possible. If I’m not wearing my extender I’m wearing a cock ring.

Before and after the extenders I do some wet jelqs to get the blood flowing.

This is a new routine for me and I can’t wait to measure again soon.

Erect base hanging once a day + cold bundled stretching through the day.
Experimental stuff, not sure how it works yet, but will make a thread about it if it works as well as I hope.

Also kind of low on motivation right now, and this is something I don’t have to go out of my way to get done.

I am new to PE, so I’m still following the newbie routine.works well for the moment!

The truth is I really don’t know. I try not to analyze it too much as I still cling to the faint hope that I can find the key to more gains (hence the extender). The probability is that I have finished gaining, but I will always pump for maintenance purposes, and also because I find it enjoyable.

Newbie routine, only one month into PE. Really feel like I´m gaining, can´t wait to post up some real gains. But it takes however long it takes:)
