Thunder's Place

The big penis and mens' sexual health source, increasing penis size around the world.

What was your workout today?

At the end of the day I will have done-

Wet jelqs- 150.
Hanging- 3x45 minutes, 12lbs.
Kegels- 10x15 seconds.

Trying for length, my fat pad is huge :(

60 minutes in my sun tea jar, stj, at 3 to 3.5”hg pressure and stj filled with warm water.

The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

Do you need to do any length specific work to maintain length, or is jelqing sufficient as maintenance?

I’m not doing any length exercises at all except the jelqing, I usually separate my length and girth workouts. But to be honest I don’t think I have ever lost length while working girth and I actually think I had small length gains from clamping. Unfortunately I can’t say the same about losing no girth while in a length routine for say six months.

Yesterday, I did 225 wet jelqs and 100 squeezes. I’ve just started PE again and am currently just doing those two exercises and some clamping a few times per week. I may take today off from PE because I feel a little sore at the base and I have jelqed all week.

In the gym yesterday, I trained back and abs. Pull-ups and barbell rows mostly. Today, I will squat and do some stiff legged dead lifts.

Thanks, this is kinda what I was getting at. I’ve always thought it was probably possible to maintain length while doing just girth work on an intellectual level, kinda nice to get confirmation that someone has had success with just girth work in maintaining length.

100 more jelqs. Just keeping it easy and simple.

Dino,

I have a 5.5 +- girth, and 7.25 +- length. I manually stretch, and I DO feel the lig soreness and stretch, but I don’t seem to be able to gain in length. (btw, I just can’t get myself to do ADS or hanging)

Friday, I did SD manual stretching, 100+- 60%+ jelqs and 2 x 30 manual clamps. I DO see more veins and the “rib” affect is starting to show. With my girth, are length gains just a given to be slow?

Hanging isn’t that bad if you have time. If you are scared of hanging, don’t be. You need to know what you are doing, there is a bit of feel out process of how to do it, that is when you should be using light weight. Once you start hanging, it’s not a big deal. If you go online or read a lot, you can multi-task hanging, that is one aspect of it I like.

I’ve actually been swinging the weight back and forth, just started doing that a couple days ago and I feel even more fatigue from it. I was reading the hanger’s manual in the hanger’s forum and apparently Bib did this and recommends it, that was good enough for me to give it a try.
