Friday, I did SD manual stretching, 100+- 60%+ jelqs and 2 x 30 manual clamps. I DO see more veins and the “rib” affect is starting to show. With my girth, are length gains just a given to be slow?

You need a lot of time to hang or it’s not worth the effort, you should consider a ADS, the hardest part of an ADS is finding one that is stealthy enough and can apply enough tension. I have been experimenting with different homemade noose style ADS but it hard to make one that is comfortable enough for long time periods. It also has to be safe enough to wear for 4 plus hours at a time and hold up to an active physical job. I haven’t given up I have spent 100’s of dollars and hours and hours trying different things. I can’t go into a hardware store or online without getting caught up trying to find a better way. I have a huge gym bag full of PE stuff and failed attempts making my ADS. But right now I’m taking a break from all ADS/stretches/hangers:) .

I don’t believe I was able to gain any length by doing manual stretches. Hanging or a ADS gives you an opportunity to pull on your dicks for hours a day and not many people can do that manually.

Dino, I read over in the hanger’s forum and old qoute from Bib and apparently he used to swing while hanging. Have you ever experimented with this?

I hear you here. I’m a pretty active person, and I just don’t think hanging for hours, (let alone 1/2 hour will work). I can get away with the 20 to 25 minute shower, as my wife knows I “exercise” my unit.

I guarantee anything that involves “tools” will be frowned upon by her. I do have a couple of pumps. (one with 1.75 cylinder size and the other 2”) So, maybe once I get my girth up to a solid 5.6+, the 1.75” cylinder might work on the length.

With the pump, though, I have never felt a stretch of the ligaments, just the tunica. Maybe I’ll just have to be ok with being 7.25 x 6.25. (that’s still a pretty big dick) …… only .70” of girth to go ;)

Paraphrased: It is not the critic who counts: The credit belongs to the man in the arena, whose face is marred by dust and sweat and blood, who strives valiantly, who errs and comes up short again and again, who, at the best, knows the triumph of high achievement, and who, at the worst, if he fails, at least he fails while daring greatly, so that his place shall never be with those cold and timid souls who knew neither victory nor defeat.

Everytime I Visit Thunders, I Do 50 Kegels or More

One hour of beginner/moderate yoga at 9:30.

My usual 3 sets of stretching Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Heading to my cycle spin class in a half hour. Then some beer curls when I get home. :)

Still busy with the newbie routine, starting my fourth week today :D

5 minute warm up
5 minute stretching
Gonna add another 25 jelqs to my routine, making it 200 jelqs per session
5 minute warm down

PE: 30 minutes of manual stretches. 10 minutes of wet jelqs. 20 kegels. 1 hour of fowfers.

Exercise: 30 minute walk.

Best thing I did today? Have a lie in and get up at 7 and not the usual 5:30 or 6. Felt great for the extra hour!

Nothing :) . I haven’t really done anything for a few months. I haven’t lost any length but my girth has gone from just under 5.5” to just under 5.4”. I will probably start again soon, but I’m already at a great size (7.2” NBPEL x 5.4” MSEG).

That’s a pretty dam good size unit you have there!

And for the update,

3 hours of hanging, 1 hour of ADS (so far), and I will get in 30 minutes of jelqing later today, along with my gym workout, chest with a little tris, delts and abs mixed in.

Come to think of it, I did 1 set of deadlifts (4 x 365lbs) followed by an isometric core workout for the abs and obliques.

Yep, I even did it drunk with 45 pounds and almost ripped my dick off, not one of my more inspiring moments:) . I would do it sometime I really liked the way it felt.

That’s pretty respectable strength.

Thanks. I lift weights for my athletics (decathlon, but only sprint hurdles this season), and so you won’t find me lifting for more than 5 reps (I do this in order to minimise weight gain). I remember about a year ago I could only deadlift a mere 265lbs. One year on, I am still the same weight at 156lbs, but can now lift 418lbs.

As you can imagine increasing ones pound for pound strength by this much greatly increasing sprinting speed. This year I hope to be number 1 in europe in the sprint hurdles (at junior level), but we will see where my training takes me.

Monday: 230 jelqs, manual stretching to warm up, and 150 kegels. In the gym, I worked traps, biceps, and abs. This morning I did 235 jelqs and some stretching. I’ll work chest and triceps in the gym later.
