Everytime I Visit Thunders, I Do 50 Kegels or More

30 minutes of jelqing

4 20 minute sets of hanging (and counting, hopefully I’ll make it to 6 sets before I crash) 12.5lbs BTC.

And since you got your body workout routine in your thread, I’ll share what I did today. 6 sets of 120lbs dumbbell rows, 4 sets of pull ups, 3 sets of pulldowns, and 3 sets of machine (plate loaded) rows. Then I finished with 6 sets of 60-70 degree angled seated dumbbell curls, and 6 sets of seated calf raises.

I usually do more, but I’ve been super busy.


My goal is to be the best me, mind, body and soul, PE is part of achieving the best me.

Morning 5 sets of 30 minutes hanging 11.25lbs with my vac hanger. Then 50 Cheeva Jelqs.

Evening 4 sets of 30 minutes hanging 11.25lbs with my vac hanger.

I use heat throughout.

Three beers, two scotch & cokes, one rum & coke and seven Tequila shots.

The fatigue is killing me. :p


I'm a big fan of 50 Cent, or as we call him in Zimbabwe, four hundred million dollars.

First I go: 10 min warm up, 10 min stretching, 5 min clamping, 50 jelq strokes, 10 min warm down.

Then after some time: 10 min warm up, 10 min stretching, 20 min pumping 4 HG x 2, 50 jelq strokes, 10 min warm down.


Started: 15.5cm x 12cm, Now: 19.5cm x 13.3cm, Goal: 21cm x 15cm

I'm going to reach my goal, and there is no one who can stop me! Yes, I'm a persistent bastard :D

3 minutes warm up
10 minutes stretching each direction
5 minutes ‘Mandingo’ stretch
3 minutes warm up
150 jelqs
15 minute clamping session
150 jelqs
3 minute warm down

3 sets of:
5 slow push-ups
5 bicep curls for each arm
10 slow sit ups
5 squats
5 upwards lifts for each shoulder

That’s basically my routine every other day, break on weekends.

Starting (3/30/09) BPEL: 6.2" EG: 4.3" Current (6/31/09) BPEL: 7.0" EG: 4.5"

BPEL Goal: 9" Erect Girth Goal: 6.0" <---- Gettin' closer. Need girth!

400 wet jelqs with a 30 second erect bend every 100.

10 min clamp with edging (accidentally blew my load and that ended the session after one set.)

3 * 15 clamps sessions with jelqs in between sets.

Getting 1/2 inch expansion at the moment can’t believe it.

I actually started up PE again yesterday. My routine:

180 min light SD & BTC stretches + some jelqing & several warm ups

I reached fatigue in the first session, theres a light dull ache at the base/ligaments. Flaccid length increased by 1/5” after the first session, EQ shot through the roof. So far so good.

10 minute breaks between sets with manual stretching and occasional heat.

10 minutes of jelqing with vaseline to restore full bloodflow and help maintain skin health.
