What you are doing to NOT gain
This thread is intended to provide ideas as to what things you may be doing which are unintentionally helping to cause your gains to be less than they could be. I hope that others contribute.
I’ll start with a couple that have been mentioned, at least in passing, before.
First, I believe that “Life Adapts”. In part this means that your penis (or any biological system) responds to the sum total of what it experiences. How this is summed, (i.e. what type of function exists to convert things like when you do PE, how long for each stimulus, how much force, when the stimulus occurs relative to when you eat, sleep, etc., etc., etc.), is something upon which we can only speculate, and attempt to partially deduce from the little we humans actually know about complex biological systems such as our bodies. Truly finding out how things are summed is something that is requiring huge amounts of bio-medical research. Obviously, we want to get some benefit prior to the end of the decades, or perhaps centuries, that will be required for us humans to learn enough to actually know in a deterministic manner.
In general, it is my belief that the longer something is done, the more likely it is to have an effect.
So, here are a few things you may be spending huge amounts of time on which could prevent, or reduce, gains.
A) Do you wear tight underwear? Is it squishing your penis, or restricting it?
B) Are you often wearing tight pants to show off your bulge?
C) Wearing tight, or restrictive garments for sleeping?
I am not saying never do these things. Just do them less often for shorter periods of time. Be aware of what you are doing to your penis all the time.
You are certainly not required to agree with me about “Life Adapts” in order to contribute to this thread. The goal is to get people to think about things that they may unthinkingly do which reduces the gains they could be experiencing. So offer up suggestions.
