She’s a RN and does kegels because she wants to avoid the wonderful world of incontinence that she’s observed in some older women. I do mine to keep from dealing with the same issues, ah the joys of getting older. Of course the side benefits of that exercise are quite delightful so neither of us scrimps. Sometimes we do our exercise together (heeheehee).

Feel free to let me know if I am venturing into the world of TMI

TMI? No not at all! I am just a little bit younger than you so I know the drill. You and your wife also know about the “magic” of dealing with menopause, something that most of our members know nothing about.

You are right about the anatomical difference issue. For example, there’s been some research recently that indicates some women are built for vaginal orgasm, some aren’t. There is a correlation between women who can have g-spot orgasms with those that can have that can have vaginal orgasms. I posted that research somewhere, if I get a chance I will try to dig it out.

Sorry for my ignorance, but what’s TMI?

TMI = Too Much Information

The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.
