Who has any experience in this routine I'm just starting
1-jelqing(75%+ erection level) 5sec+ for 30min
2-edging without cumming for 10-15min
3-jelqing(75%+ erection level) 5sec+ for 30min
4-then edging again
Hot compress b4 and after
I think this can benefit my girth,stamina,penis health. This is my 2nd month of PE and aiming for girth mostly. Any ideas/suggestions/feedback.I”m all hears
