Why is pe only in the underground

Why do you think is the modern medicine not into pe? Everybody is arguing that if the medicines/doctors would confirm that pe is possible, they would sell fewer surgeries. Not all doctors are this way, and not all doctors are doing this surgery and not all doctors are profiting from those surgeries. Doctors are not bad people and if they find out that manual pe or pe with only some devises like hangers or stretchers would be possible, they would say/confirm that pe is possible.
I do not see any reason why they would not do so. There would also be a huge market for them even without doing surgeries, I’m thinking of doing business like the physical therapists/physiotherapist industry. The pharmaceutical industry would profit also, they could sell some medicine/pills etc. For an increased blood flow or things which would be helpful for pe. I mean look how much money this industry has made from Viagra, if pe would be true they would came up with some stuff which would benefit the manual exercises.
For example the pharmaceutical industry or another big company would come with an own hanger and would market it in the whole world and would make tons of money.

I also can not imagine, that the western world or better the doctors and pharmaceutical industry which is dominated by the western world, didn’t’t know about the natural pe from the Arabs, Asians or Africans. Why you can only find it in the Internet in some underground forums, this is the question I’m asking me right now.
There is also a big market for cosmetic surgery with the best surgeons this world ha ever seen, but this industry also never came up with pe (lig cutting) but it never came mainstream, I think the reason is that it is not working. If it would work they would market it better and you would hear about it in all news channels.

I hope you got my ideas, to sum it up, I do not see any reasons for all this players and businesses to hide pe like I could read in all the threads here in this forum.
Since I’m here in this forum, it seems that everybody thinks that pe is like the x-files, there is some higher power that wants to hold the people down and wants to keep pe private. There is fight club spirit or underground spirit along the forums that fought against this higher power to educate the people and wants to bring it to mainstream.

What are your ideas about this?

It’s been debated here often and some of the members’ reasons sound valid on why its popularity hasn’t spread faster:

*Many penis growing supplements/methods are fake, so it’s no surprise PE would be seen with reluctance and disbelief on part of the consumer
*At face value, advanced PE looks dangerous to the consumer, especially clamping and hanging, so they may show reluctance because of permanant injury (then again, if that scares them, surgery would too)
*Quite a large number of articles supposedly proves the PE methods are a crock and unfortunately, not possible…or worse yet, might exaggerate the negatives and injuries of it, which will make the public further reluctant to try it
*We’re basically seen as crazy, dick obsessed people by the public. Somethingawful even ridiculed this website from our obsession…

And foremost: Most guys out there want to have a bigger dick.. But won’t put in the constant effort like us dick-crazies :)
I’d think operations would still sell as good as they do now.

On a sidenote: When looking at the whole sex taboo thing (the personal side of it) I’d find it pretty weird if some guy whipped his dick out to teach me how to do PE.. Or put matters in his hand and showed me on mine ;)

I can understand that it looks dangerous. Not so much manual stretching and jelqs, but hanging clamping and pumping all look like trouble. I’ve done PE for years and until three months ago I thought hangers were crazy. Now I hang.

Imagine the day when the perfect PE method is created and publized. It would be like fight club, your neighbor could be a member, your boss, the cops…*looks around*…What a good movie :)

Then it will turn into a giant scheme to make the worlds biggest penis, or destroy those with big penises, everybody will turn against each other and everybody will DIE!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Actually I see it more Sci-Si: Like the, Giant Penis That Ate Tokyo kind of thing.

PE being underground is probablly a good thing. Imagine if every single guy was doing PE and had 8+ inches? Then to be considered hung, guys would be stretching to 11 and up, making sex something women would fear. Keep that up for a few decades and all of a sudden you’re considered small unless your 14” and up!

I think doctors are reluntant to support anything that hasn’t undergone rigorous scientific testing. Nowadays everyone is suing everyone for just about anything. So I can’t see many doctors recommending people undertake natural PE, not officially anway.

For me I don’t see PE having much impact on global dick size beyond an additional 2 inches because:

An extra 2 inches is a gain that’s pretty hard to achieve.
Guys ultimately want to satisfy women, not have a dick you can use as a table leg. There comes a point where you’re just hurting her rather than making her come. I think 14 inches crosses that line. :-)

PE is dangerous and doesn’t work everyone knows this! Listen to your doctor he knows best!

PE is underground because to hear of someone doing it is immediately labeled as having a small penis. How many people have you told about your PE ways Simon?

PE is only to be found in the “underground” because it is relatively new. Forget about the Arabs or the Africans or whoever. PE has only been a “phenomenon” in the modern world for a very brief time. The Internet is the perfect place to circulate this kind of novel information. However, PE will become mainstream, which is not to say that every guy will be doing it. It will become mainstream in the sense that lots of people will know about it and accept it (as a legitimate thing for someone to do). We see signs of this kind of development already: The word is getting out. Give it time.

And you are right: Once the business and medical communities come to see the financial potential of PE, they will be the main one’s pushing it. $$$

Because a normal-sized penis is not a medical disorder. Some people do use their medical degrees to do things other than treat disorders (e.g., cosmetic surgeons), but most docs aren’t interested in fixing things that aren’t broken.
