I did a search on this and couldn’t really find any good answers.

Do any people have any good exercises specifically for width (not girth, but width)?

I’ve realized that when I do girth exercises basically all my girth is added in the up and down direction, as opposed to on either side. I’m having a hard trouble gaining girth, and I think it’s probably due to the fact that my cock is so elastic in that region that it nevers sticks. Maybe if I can grow width-wise it will stick.

The only thing I can currently think of is the rolling pin exercise. I know for a fact (for me at least) that this does add width, but at the same time it decreases height. I suppose I could really work on this, then if my height decreased I could regain it easily since that’s how I seem to naturally gain.

Anyway, I don’t think I’ve ever does the rolling pin thing consistently, so maybe if I try it every day it’ll work. If anyone has any other ideas though I’d try them too.

I think any girth exercise will also be good for width, because your expanding your whole penis not just the top and bottom.

I did this exercise when I first started PE, as a 17 year old. I got it of a pay site, that I had found (online) a password for. I am pretty sure a gained a good bit of girth from this, but also, ever since then, I have had a very wide shaft in relation to my girth.

Right now my girth is 5.5” at the very most, and my width is 2”.

I’m wider top-to-bottom than side-to-side. The girth I have gained has been in both directions. I will try out your exercise and see if I can get my top down width to catch up. Not 17 years old though, that may put me at a disadvantage. ;)

O Bends? The thing with them is that you can target just the sides if you want. What do you think?

Ya… wanna get to 6.6”, lol. I’m not actually 100% sure that the 6.4” is cemented though, so I’m still going.

I’m still not sure which direction of bending increases width and which increases height, but I do do orange bends.

I guess I’m lucky in one sense. I’m a really slow gainer, in fact I did kind of a haphazard PE program for two years and didn’t get any gains, but got much harder erections. I starting dry jelquing and clamping and suddenly I noticed something going on. And my girth gains are almost all in the width, which is great for the ladies (actually for me too, he he). I don’t do anything special except a head compression while I’m clamped every now and then. But you gotta be really careful because your dick can explode. Seriously, this is a HIGHLY dangerous exercise. To do the head compression pop the clamp on, edge your dick to max expansion, then sandwich your dickhead between your two palms and SLOWLY press. Maybe this has contributed to my width, or maybe I’m just a natural width gainer.

Yeah sorry about that Thunderss. I got the password form some password site anyway- I would never pay for one when I’ve got here :D .

I think the way you gain girth is somewhat genetically determined. When I gained, it was only width. It is hard for me to gain in the CS region.

Exactly, which is why I’m looking specifically width exercises.

Looks like rolling pin is the only way to go so far.

I will explain my theory on why I think pressure from top/bottom is far better for width than pressure from the sides tomorrow; I have no time now…
