Wrist wrap or cock ring

Can somebody please tell me the difference between wrist wrap and cock ring?
I think both have the same concept.

Where are the benefits of each one and why are people here using them?

A cock ring is not adjustable and is meant to be used when erect to maintain the erection. Wrist wraps usually have Velcro closures, making them adjustable, and are used when flaccid to maintain a slight restriction to blood outflow from the penis. Some think this helps make flaccid hang larger over time.

Though to be honest. My adjustable won’t stay tight anymore. I pull it tight and within a few seconds it has loosened up again. Oh well, it was only 10 bucks.

Does it also help to increase erect length?

I believe they help more in the girth department.

Are cock rings only really best for using during sex, or do they have much of a PE element to them? Would a silicone cock ring be good to hold blood in the flaccid, and grow with the penis to hold blood in the now erect cock?

Could having a cock ring on for a few hours after a PE session be beneficial or not?

I wear my adjustable one like a clamp. I pull it pretty tight and leave it on for about 5 minutes. I’d keep a close eye on the color of your penis if you plan on leaving it on for an extended period of time. So long as you keep a healthy color it should be fine. Everyone seems to benefit differently to different techniques. Give it a try and let us know how it goes (but keep a close eye on things - take it off if your penis gets cold, numb, or starts to turn bluish).
