I did a double take the first time I read that as well. This single statement alone was enough for me to believe that with enough time eventually an extender will yield length gains. After that I was committed.

Shave around the base, using the adjustment screws in that area tend to pull on the hairs.

Baba_Booey how long can you hold on to it while using at 2100g ?

I might start out at full tension, but it lessens as time goes on because I stretch out and I don’t adjust the tension screws. In the straight out position I can go for 1:30.

Guys I have a quick question. I have gotten back into PE and do basically the newbie routine 3 days on 2 days off. (Manual strecthing and jelqing) I also own an extender and I try to strap in for at least 3 hours a day. Now to my question. I know it says while wearing an extender you should use it everyday, but people say when doing the newbie routine you need to take days off. Should I do the newbie routine 3 days on and 2 days off and use just the extender everyday? Or should I be using the extender with off days as well?

How much did your flacid get to before you got your first inch?
Also do you do any kegels or anything else besides the stretcher at all?

I never kept track of flaccid or flaccid stretched length and it was too long ago for me to guess.

After the first 3 years, I did a routine with manual stretching, jelqing, and kegels every day for 6 weeks. During this time I gained about a half inch in 4 weeks, then nothing for 2 weeks. This was the only time that kegels were part of my routine. I’m currently on a decon break, but I’m considering doing a routine like this again.

With specific questions about tension, time per day, days off, etc., there’s no way anyone can say for sure what will work best for you.

An extender produces less tension than almost any other form of PE, and I think the main reason why I gained more than most guys do with an extender is because I started PE with just an extender. Had I done more intense exercises first, I probably would have been conditioned and would not have gained as much from the extender. Everyone on here recommends that guys start with the newbie routine, but it makes sense to me to start with low tension methods and work your way up.

If you have never done any form of PE, and you do what I did (outlined in my history post), you will probably have similar results. But, if you have been doing manual stretching, jelqing, and hanging, then you do the same routine, you won’t gain as much.

Not enough time in extender

Before I purchased an extender, I did the research on Real clinical studies. Extenders really do add length, BUT in every study they did was at 8 to 12 hours a day. I’ve been doing the enlargement through weights and as Long as I hang I maintain my gains, but if I quit I lose 75%. I could only hang or stretch for an hour or so. Clinical studies for the top 4 extenders (sizegenics,jes,4Xlab & ?) show an increase in Perm length of up to 30 to 40% or 1 to 3 inches.. But hardly any gains at all when time is less than 2 or 3 hours a day.. Sorry guys. So I just bought a 4X lab extender, with the intentions of stretching at least 6 hours and as long as 16 hours. Never At Night.

Could you link those studies where people worn the extender 2-3 hours daily, Z06?

Where is the research again vet?
