I have been using an extender for almost 3 weeks and have noticed increased flaccid length and girth but no BPEL yet. I have a noose type Proextender with springs and recently picked up a dual head piece which also has the silicone comfort strap. I am presently using it with both straps. I use the comfort strap at a lower tension simply to prevent the noose moving back under tension. As others, I have been using a conformable gauze bandage then covered by foam on my unit behind the glans. I try to set the tension at 900gms and it seems ok for about 60 mins. If I increase the tension a bit - say 1050 gms I find I have to stop earlier - about 40- 45 mins. I also suspect the base pain may be more of an issue as I increase tension. Currently not an issue.
Am trying to fine tune both to reduce ‘down time’ EG time taken to set up, uninstall and rest periods between stretching periods. Have number of questions others may have had experience with:
1. - Should you remove the gauze between stretch sessions?
2. - Has anyone experience with silicone sleeves instead of the foam and if you use these do you still need the gauze bandage?.
I have ordered a VAC extender attachment from Monkeybar and will try this both as substitute for the noose and as a complement. Will try alternating to see if that minimizes soreness behind the glans and the risk of blisters that the VAC may cause. Anyone tried this.
One of the constraints of PE is the time it takes and the effect it has on other activities. If I am going to be successful I reckon I will have to address this and try to find ways of getting the hours in effectively while minimising disruption.
