5 Years Of Extender Experience

I have been using an extender for almost 3 weeks and have noticed increased flaccid length and girth but no BPEL yet. I have a noose type Proextender with springs and recently picked up a dual head piece which also has the silicone comfort strap. I am presently using it with both straps. I use the comfort strap at a lower tension simply to prevent the noose moving back under tension. As others, I have been using a conformable gauze bandage then covered by foam on my unit behind the glans. I try to set the tension at 900gms and it seems ok for about 60 mins. If I increase the tension a bit - say 1050 gms I find I have to stop earlier - about 40- 45 mins. I also suspect the base pain may be more of an issue as I increase tension. Currently not an issue.

Am trying to fine tune both to reduce ‘down time’ EG time taken to set up, uninstall and rest periods between stretching periods. Have number of questions others may have had experience with:
1. - Should you remove the gauze between stretch sessions?
2. - Has anyone experience with silicone sleeves instead of the foam and if you use these do you still need the gauze bandage?.

I have ordered a VAC extender attachment from Monkeybar and will try this both as substitute for the noose and as a complement. Will try alternating to see if that minimizes soreness behind the glans and the risk of blisters that the VAC may cause. Anyone tried this.

One of the constraints of PE is the time it takes and the effect it has on other activities. If I am going to be successful I reckon I will have to address this and try to find ways of getting the hours in effectively while minimising disruption.

Not difficult to measure actually. Easiest way is to put it on a kitchen scale and push down.

I did this with my fastsize and discovered that the springs were much stronger than they were meant to be.

I think it is very important to measure the tension your springs create.

ExtenderNewbie routine

Helo,

I’m looking into starting the newbie routine and using an extender concurrently. (Routine once in the morning and extender worn during night shifts at work. Does anyone have any advice or feedback on this approach? Also, any opinions on the latest extenders on the market. There certainly are a lot of them and I looking to spend upwards of $250 for a good one.

@marshall09 Measure this way to make sure that you are stretching above erect shaft length. If your extended shaft length is less than your erect shaft length with low tension, then it’s a waste of time unless you are only looking for only flaccid length or cementing. If what I’ve outlined feels comfortable for you, you’ll be able to move freely with high tension.

This is gold!

It’s just his opinion though.

We really need to figure out a way to make that happen. It doesn’t have to be done simultaneously. You could build up a thousand people over 5 years or so.

It’s not proven with any kind of study, but when FastSize was still in business they had a forum and this was the general consensus. Of the guys that slowly kept adding bars and increasing the tension, they never seemed to gain erect length until they started stretching to (and eventually past) their erect length.

I’m glad you are still around. Did you ever use your extender on it’s own (i.e. no pumping or other stuff) sometimes you seem to indicate that you did and other times not. Did you gain during that period.

Did you try the low tension route that seems to be recommended often, before going higher tension? First Post, 4-Year Vet Seeking Advice indicates not.

Is it right to characterise your extender use as high tension short period, rather than low tension low period? You talk about doing 2 hours a day but I could see whether that was continuous or split up into shorter segments. I may have missed it.

My first 2 years were just extender (I didn’t own anything else and I didn’t know about manual stretching), and I estimate that my gains were .5" - .75" during that time. The third year was mainly extender, but I bought a jelq device and used it a few times. My total gain from those first 3 years was a little over 1".

Since the extender was my first experience with PE, I couldn’t go max tension right away. It was probably a month or two before I became comfortable enough with it stretch to the max, but I never tried to do the low tension/long hours during those first 3 years.

Yes, my extender use was almost always high tension/short duration. My thread that you mentioned First Post, 4-Year Vet Seeking Advice has my first 4 years outlined better than I could remember now. For those first 3 years, I usually just did 1 set per week with the extender, stretched as far as possible for 1 hour, or until it was too painful.

I think the 2 hour-a-day routine was all one set and putting on the hanger with the method I outlined in the beginning of this thread. That was around my 5th year of PE, and I’m pretty sure I didn’t gain anything during that time because I was too conditioned from more extreme forms of PE to gain with an extender-only routine.

Thanks. I hadn’t picked up on your extender use being only once a week. It seems your routine was very different from the standard mode of extender use.

I wouldn’t suggest that a newbie do this until they are familiar with the device and conditioned to use it. This should probably not be in the Newbie Forum, but I don’t have a lot of posts.

I’m using an electric heating pad, x4 Labs extender with girth base, comfort strap, memory foam comfort pad, 2 small nails (don’t be scared) with the ends filed, and a cable clamp.

1. Use electric heating pad for 10 mins as a warm-up.
2. Put on memory foam comfort pad. (I may have found a cheap alternative to these, which I will post after I have tested)
3. Put cable clamp at base and stimulate to full erection. Hold the top of the comfort pad & pull back skin to avoid being bunched up.
4. Put on the head attachment with a comfort strap & tighten. (I usually pull back the skin again)
5. This is the nail part. I have a small hole in the middle of the comfort strap on each side. I put the nails through the strap to keep it from slipping at high tension. I got this idea from this forum, but the guy used twist ties instead, but small nails go through easier and don’t bend.
6. Let erection subside, trapping blood in the glans, but being soft throughout the shaft.
7. Put the x4 girth base over the head attachment. (This cannot be done with traditional bases)
8. Insert the elongation bars into the head attachment, compress the base springs, and screw the bars into the bars that are attached to the base.
9. I usually pull my testicles through the girth base and angle it downward. Angling downward allows me to wear it for over two hours and still not have numb glans. The only pain is where the bottom of the base is (if you pull your testicles through, this is the taint) which I relieve by pulling the extender up and adjusting.

Hopefully extender users find this helpful.

Quick question how do you pull your nuta through the girth base..

I have a jes type extender and the base is way to small to even pop one nut through.

21/09/2019. 6.2 inches bone pressed erect length.

Short-term goal 24/12/2019

Thanks for this tip! I am about to start back doing some extender work and always measured erect length, including my glans.

Regarding your balls, I have a Penimaster Pro. Do you actually put your balls through the base ring (almost like a cock ring), then pull your shaft through and begin stretching?

Xtended's Progress Report

The standard cable clamps are never used by good mechanics on automotive hoses and should not be used by PE folks. This is because these clamps (they can be identified by the slots in the bands) tighten mostly AT THE SCREW AREA, not evenly tightening all around the penis.

Instead buy “aircraft” style hose clamps that tighten evenly over the entire circumference.
Just’ saying’.
