5 Years Of Extender Experience

I am curious if f anyone has used an extender with a forskin? I’m uncircumcised and ran into the soffice sue of my dick turning purple. I am forced to go really tight otherwise the head slips right through due to the forskin (I think). I hate the noise as it sucks. Period. The comfort strap has been my go too and the Velcro makes no sense at all. I scratched my dick trying to put it on. I have order the most recent “Patriot Set”. Quite expensive but I have one for my job (I work away) and one for home. I managed to get an hour ish in a day. I have to check on my penis every 15 minutes as I’m afraid of my duck turning purple and falling off. I did suffer a thrombosis vain a week ago. I’m still trying to understand how to properly wear it and I’ve had it for 3 weeks or so. I have what’s called a “Telescopic penis” meaning my penis is never the same size flaccid. One minute it’s turtled and looks like I got a micro dick and another minute it hangs about 3-4 inches. I’m not sure what this is all about but it’s what my Son has and when he got circumcised he coined the term for me. My son looks a lot like me and so I figure we are the same genetically.

Does anyone have trucks to not having your glans turn purple avoiding the need to check on it every 15 minutes?

try powder

Hey, for anyone here having slippage issues as I did, try baby powdering the glans to shaft area and the attachment device of choice. It helps. I could not use the noose at first cuz I had to pull it so tight it cut off blood, but not now, and for the last two years it has worked well.

How do you know if your pulling too tight? I don’t know if I’m pulling enough sometimes

too tight is not slipping but

just right is not slipping and not hurting, there is a stretch to the silicone that is lost when used beyond it’s strength and it permanently deforms, and it won’t hold for as long as a new rope. Make sure the rope is seated well in the guides and/or try using a new one. And also make sure the rope is defunked regularly. Just a guess.
