The main problem is always the blood flow. These ring like clamps will lead to circualtiion loss and trapment of blood.

I think I read in one of your threads that you were hanging in a way that the CS was not constricted that much. I think that is the main aim with any longer time frame to use extender.
All around the dick ring clamp will always lead to full constriction.. maybe a spare line where the CS runs in the rings would help that case.

Whatever I think this device is very good. Tell me the right source to buy it and I am ready to buy it. This type of mechanism by rotating a single screw the length increases is placed on few of my machines in my factory.

I doubt it can work on a penis though.

I would think it is a joke. It has so many design flaws and is so over-complicated that I don’t think it is real. Not to mention the copyright on the site, the phony awards and accolades, the articles proclaiming it’s a joke, and the inability to order it.

Yes I don’t thik this thing is for real. I went onto the website and found an email address to which I sent a request for info. The service provider could not deliver after several failed attempts. So guys just drop it. I know that it looks impressive and kinda bulky and if it was for real I’d love to try it out too.

I would pay up to $1000 for it, under the assumption that it is a high quality product.

Besides that, it is a work of art.

Yep, totally agree; that same thought informed design of the Omega Clamp:

As long as compression was focused above the CS, this thing could work great and for extended (yuk yuk) time periods :) .

It is a device supposedly designed to be worn while unconscious, yet it employs countless sharp looking edges, pinch points and multiple scissor mechanisms.

You have got to be kidding me! It would make a great toothbrush holder but as something you attach to your body it is a horribly designed product… in my opinion.

Just because it is shiny doesn’t mean its well designed!

Exactly. Spot on. Cantlook your designs are worth so much more as a lot of thought and design has gone into your work.I’m sure we would get better results using yours that this fake object.
