Extender base that supports 6" flaccid girth or greater (or DIY specs)

Does anyone know an extender (perhaps even a cheap one) I can buy that supports 6" flaccid girth, or any instructions / pictures on how I can do this DIY?

I bought a quick extender pro but can’t use it because the base is too small (and makes my penis go numb).

On Aliexpress, I’ve always come across a ton of listings, even for the same type of product. When it comes to PE, there’s a wide range of options, including different diameters for vacuum pumps. I think it’s definitely worth a look!

The previous-style Total Man claimed to have a 2" ID base ring. Mine was only 1.93". Probably some kind of loose metric-to-inch conversion. But "pretty close" was a problem since even a 2" is tight at the base. Having a larger base than mid-shaft girth isn’t unusual.

I used a dental burr, pocket knife, and sandpaper to open mine up a bit, but it’s still tight enough to pinch after a while.

AndyJ is your base girth similar to mine? (over 6" flaccid?)

Thanks ImNormoEquipped — I’ll take a look, great idea.. I have never used Aliexexpress. Maybe Ebay has some options too for cheap extenders with bigger bases.

My flaccid girth is 7 inches I found APEX it solved the problem. I have used it for over a year with great results.

Sorry, Blink. I missed your post. Yes, over 6" flaccid girth. Less when erect; probably because I’m a grower, and the "girth" is mostly skin pushed back against the pubic area.

If the tightness was like a cock ring or something it wouldn’t be a problem. But the base ring of an extender is different; you get "tenting" of the ligaments at the base after a while, which puts quite a bit of pressure at the point where they contact the base ring.

I can sometimes wear the extender for hours, and then the "base burn" hits, and then suddenly it’s like, "Get it off! Get it off! Yaaahh!!"
