120 views and no help, well the title wasn’t very descriptive was it, so you are hardly going to attract the crowd that is able to comment. Of the 120 people that viewed the thread named “extenders” I would think none had a girth above 6 inches. Perhaps the right sort of tittle might attract the right sort of response, not everyone reads every thread.

Is your girth 6.75 inches while flaccid? I doubt it. My base girth when erect is 6.25 -6.5 inches. When completely flaccid I pull it through my extender base with a little force. I use the andro penis extender. I bet you could cram yourself in one, or a supplier offers a wider base.

I just performed a search of "wide extender base" and found several posts. This one tells me that an X4 labs extender is a good one.

No commercial™ extenders have a base that will accommodate your girth.

There is some “homemade” extenders floating around that you may be able to modify, If you have have a little DIY in you.

Essentially you can extend like anybody else does, but obviously with a larger base. I doubt, as mentioned before, that they’re available commercially so you’re going to have to make one yourself. I’m not the best DIY as far as metal is concerned and even with the lack of materials in local hardware stores I’m sure I could build that.

If you dont have the skill to build your own base(on which you could mount an existing extender) you should contact the various extender manufacturers directly. im sure they are able to build a larger model(but probably it will be mroe expensive..)

Sorry that was erect base girth. I do have a Penimaster extender but it does fit tight at the base when flaccid. I even filed the base ring down some, but it is still too tight and acts similar to a cockring.
