How far should you Extend over EL?

How far should you Extend over EL?

I recently purchased a Penimaster Pro and have been reading previous threads about extending passed your EL as well as your BPEL. If I try to extend to my BPEL, I encounter slippage. But not when I go pass my EL. I wanted to find out, how far am I supposed to extend passed me EL? Is it 1/4 of an inch or is it closer to 1/2 an inch without noticing any slippage? I’m trying to get this right as I just finished my breakin period with the device.

Thank you for your reply. I found the answer I was looking for within the thread you linked. For those of you searching for an answer whether now or in the future while searching for the same way. Here is what Thoughtfulgold stated within the thread:

Well, extender theory is discussed in several threads but I’ll touch on it as I understand it here. No question is a stupid question unless it remains unsaid.

You know it is working when your PIs and your flaccid hang increase. In my days with an extender this is how I figured it out.

However, taking it to maximum tension doesn’t actually increase the rate of gains for most men. It is time under tension that really matters with extenders. Even relatively light forces do a lot of work over time.

“Barely feeling a tug” is actually still a very productive way to use the extender. Because, if you leave your extender set the same way every time (which I did) when you feel no tug anymore? That means you’re bigger and you have to adjust it outwards further. So it’s a matter of how you want to apply the extender.

Taking it to your physical maximum each time also has the added risk of making your penis resist the outside stimuli. Like, you tug too hard and your penis retreats into you. This is “turtling” which is the archenemy of any effective Penis Enlargement devices or techniques. So weigh your options. Comfort and a light tug with the extender over time guarantees a reward. More tension and discomfort *can* get you a reward but it *can* get you injured and *can* toughen your penis so that you see no rewards.

Toughening your penis, with too much training, is something that’s hard to tell. It only comes clear if you go an entire long period with zero gains and your Physiological Indicators are trending middle ground or negative. But…that’s a mouthful for here. Hopefully this gives you a starting point.

I want to add that with the “light tug” TG mentions you should also see a compression of the spring as represented by the outer rod moving towards one of the tension marks.

If you do not compress the spring all you are doing is stretching your penis with the weight of the extender, which is not much.

Initial: 7” BPEL; 6” NBPEL; 5.25” - 5.5” MEG

Current: 7-7/8” BPEL; 7-3/8” NBPEL; 8.5” BPFSL; 6.5” MEG; 6”x5” Flaccid.

Goal: Improved/consistent EQ while managing ED. Secondary: maintain current stats.

That feeling when you don’t feel a strong tug anymore is so satisfying. You know you’ve gained. Its time to add a new rod

Great thread here I learned something that seems so simple yet very important.

Looks like I’ve been going full blown psycho on my cock with my extender. I’ve been going 3 and a half inch past my erect size. I thought that’s what you had to do. Screw that if it’s counterproductive.

To answer the opening post ; the extender will have to be on the outside of your body, outside the fatpad, so it is not the BP measurements one should think about when extending. One can however, take a ruler and measure the BPFSL while in the extender, but it is to stretch to the EL or beyond EL that counts. The extender will press against the fatpad, but not enough, ( thankfully - that would be painful ), that BP measurements are something to worry about. As long as you can extend beyond your EL, you’re good, and you are still beyond your BP measurements anyway.

antandann ; if you are stretching your penis 3,5 inches more than your EL, that simply says that your penis is very elastic. Nothing wrong really, it is just the way it is. If you must stretch that far out to get to a certain tension level, so be it, just keep on. When your penis will grow, I think that the « more than the EL» will become less, after some time, maybe several years, that is what you will find out, eventually.

A bit confused..

What do you mean by, “that BP measurements are something to worry about.”

What is BPFSL?

So far I have not stretched beyond EL as I am still in the conditioning phase. I am concerned stretching’s beyond EL and slipping out which I hope will be ok with the new straps I ordered thanks to Rob.

Hi Antandann!
I think that I am also addicted to my extender but,It is “time” under tension that really matters.
I have used my andropenis more than 5000 so far at a medium/hard stretch.
Best of luck,
DJ

Zy ; you are not reading the hole sentence. If I remove what’s in the paragrapfs -

The extender will press against the fatpad, but not enough, that BP measurements are something to worry about.

BPFSL = bone pressed flaccid stretch length

Cheers for the response to my comments. I don’t feel much of any type of a stretch even at 10 inch but unfortunately my extender at the moment only goes to 7 inch and then I’ve used curtain rings at the base to get another 3 inches, but it’s obviously far from ideal. Hopefully my extra rods will arrive soon. It’s crazy though that I can only stretch to 6.75 inch by hand.

So increased tension has no benefits above a certain threshold? Looks like the 4000g springs were a waste of cash. Although I suppose you could use max tension for short periods instead of hanging.

I’d love to feel some soreness like after a good weights workout at a regular gym, but even though I’ve gained 2 inch on my flaccid in 6 weeks the only thing I’ve felt is sore skin from trying to use the original straps. I suppose it makes sense for my dick to be elastic when my skin is way more elastic than average. I don’t know if having a super stretchy cock is a good or bad thing though in terms of PE. I’d say it’s a bad thing.
