How to use an extender at high tension without slippage?

My opinion is that the Phallosan is a comfortable ADS, but cannot give you more than newbie gains.

I believe you can get more out of a good extender particularly when used with heat.

Your idea sounds interesting and similar to what I described above. I have never touched the dials on the Quick Extender Pro at the bottom, those little wheels. This is because whenever I have, the device gets fucked up and the bars become uneven or gaps appear between the first extension bar (built in) and the first 1/2cm extension bar (also built in) at the bottom of the device. Please let me know if you understand what I’m describing; it should be clear from looking at this photo:

Are you using a noose or a strap for the attachment?

I’m using two nooses with comfort pads and a third one under my penis when I’m using it to minimize discomfort. Works great. I replace the tubes and pads weekly.

Can you send a picture? I only use one noose and no comfort pads. Couldn’t fit anything else.

Also why do you replace the straps weekly?

I’ve been doing this intuitively without a ruler. I always knew the glans had to be ballooned to create an unbreakable grip. Figuring out how to use the tension knobs at the bottom completely solved my problem. Before I couldn’t force my dick to extend to 8 inches because it would always slip out, but now if I start at 7 and add 2 centimeters with the knobs there is no slippage, there is ample ballooning, and I can comfortably wear it all day. My only remaining question is whether I should remove the device every 2 hours or so even though now it is no longer painful. My glans is numb but it is white and not a dark blue.

I’d say you should remove the device at least every two hours, if not earlier. Also, I think there’s something positive to be said for the process of having to increase the extender length back up when you strap in again every two or so hours.

Now you’ve nailed my lack of scientific research in the subject! It might all be nonsense but I think I read an extender works by creating micro tears in the structure of the wiener. My amateur’s hypothesis would be that the tears are occurring during the process of it being elongated from your starting strap in length to whatever length you’re currently able to stretch it to as there’s a dynamic process occurring as it physically moves through space, say from 7 inches at the start to 8 at the end of a session for example. So if you’re stretching it out say 4/5 times and then holding for 2 hours that’s 4/5 opportunities to create those tears during the elongation process and then cementing it during the 2 hour static part. Then again I’ll freely admit that it’s just as possible the tears are occurring throughout the period of maximum extension. My sense is the former feels right but it is the ravings of a madman probably.

Actually extenders work by plastic deformation through constant traction which makes the body produce new cells through cell division by mitosis. That’s why gains should be permanent. This is the same principle applied to skin grafts, ear lobe/lips elongation through cones, plates or rings, etc.

You should remove the device every hour or every one and half hours, because you don’t want to cut or restrict blood flow for so long time, your cells need fresh oxygen and exchange wastes produced by metabolism or they will start to die and your will at best hinder your progress or stop it completely, at worst you risk necrosis (if your dick is numb chances are you will not feel any pain before it’s too late).

This is what one should do, I’ve been following this procedure since almost the beginning, and I’ll stick to it. For instance, I can extend up to 20.5cm (8”), so I setup the extender so it is about 2cm less than the maximum extension when compressed, that way the head will be a bit before the sled, the strap or noose will land behind the glans without the “hangman effect” as norwegian calls it and it won’t slip for sure. Also use your pads, gauze or vendages for protection of the dorsal nerve.
