How to use an extender at high tension without slippage?

I canned the comfort pads and I stay in the device well as the bare straps definitely hold me in place better. The diameter/thickness of the comfort pads is too large so I was slipping out a lot. It gets a bit painful removing the device for a break as it tends to stick a bit where it holds my glans. Baby powder helps that.

Make sure you put a silicone sleeve on so you don’t cause damage

Ding-Ding-Ding, we have a winner!

I’ve found that one of the most significant factors to a good stretch session is getting and maintaining a **tight** grip with the noose.

As mentioned elsewhere, I use ResQTape as a base layer because it sticks well to skin and sticks very well to the silicone based nooses.

When strapping in, I pull as hard as I can on the noose ends and then fold them down, so that the holes they go through create strong friction, and use an elastic band to tightly wrap around the noose ends, noose itself, and over the base layer. The elastic wrap holds the noose tight and provides additional clamping of the penis against the device.
Yes, it causes numbness after a while. Anything that grips enough to allow high tension stretching will…

I truly think if I could engineer some kind of ratchet strap-noose system, I could clamp on that bad boy enough to not have slippage even at tensions higher than the tissues could hold.

Here’s a little cross sectional chicken sketch of the setup I’ve been using for the past couple years with my X4.

The elastic wrap I have is a length of rubber surgical tubing. I’m sure there are a dozen other materials that would work just as well.

I have arrived at a tension level where I either slip out or become engulfed with pain and numbness after 30-40 mins.
That’s a huge change from being able to wear it for 2-3 hours at a time.

This is definitely my first big challenge to overcome so far in my PE journey, but given the length AND girth gains I got since wearing an extender for 6-9hrs every day I am dedicated to find some sort of solution.

2024: BPEL: 7.50" x MSEG: 5.30"/19.0cm x 13.5cm.

Extender: 1.3k hours (13/10/2024). Goal: 3k hours.

I have made an amazing discovery.

I put an OMO all in one wash packet inbetween the glans and the silicone noose and there is no slippage, pain or chafing. Amazing.

I’ve been using my QEP for 16 months now, so I guess maybe that qualifies me as a vertran?!?

What worked for me was to use a silicone sleeve I bought off of eBay and a rubber O-ring that I bought from my local hardware store. In the attached pic you can see that the O-ring creates a lip that prevents the noose from slipping off. Even though I tighten the noose pretty good, it does not cut off the blood flow to the glans unless I make it REALLY tight. One VERY important tip is to liberally apply baby powder before putting the sleeve on, this prevents the sleeve from slipping off due to the moisture that is naturally released through your skin.

I bought stronger springs for my QEP off of eBay and I now get about 10lbs (4500g) of tension when the springs are compressed to the first line

1. Silicone sleeve folded over on itself, fit on to penis right behing glans.
2. Unfold sleeve
3. Slide on O-ring
4. Fold sleeve back over O-ring
5. Strap into glans support and extend.

What is “OMO”?

That poster is trolling…OMO is laundry detergent.

tried clamping or any other method of aquiring a harder-than-hard erection for at least 5 minutes then let it limp back again and place the extender. It will not slip unless you’re about to rip your glans off. Oh and wash it every 2 or 3 hours with soap to cleanse all oil residues. Wash both the dick and the silicone band or strap, as oil gets stuck into those.

also, if the silicone band is slipping from the device (losing the grip) you can place skotch tape stripes on the inner side of the place where the band is attached to when the thing is on your dick, to increase adherence. This also reduces the skin pinching pain from when the band slides a bit. Also, I use two paper tape stripes to hold them band fuckers because they always get off the friggin holders, so then it stays put for the whole session.

And to avoid the sking being pulled through the band holes when placing the thing, I use a soft stretchy cloth behind my glans. So that cloth gets pulled and not my skin.

rinnegan870,
If you’re serious, clarify with details. If it’s a joke, that’s fine but let us know. It’s a product that’s unfamiliar to most of us here.

Phallosan Plus with Total Man Sleeve?

Over this past week I have been using my Phallosan Plus metal rod system with the blue sleeve from Total Man. Only a week in on this but thus far it seems to work better than the original sleeves from Phallosan. Works better from #1): non existent slippage and #2): seems to be more longer lasting and seems less likely to tear. Only 1 week in on using the blue Total Man sleeves with the Phallosan Plus so still very early. I will report again at the one month mark to let you know how many tore.

I moved back down in the bell size as the larger bell size seemed to be tearing the blue Total Man sleeves too quickly.

I shimmied my head of my penis in today on the medium bell and will see how long the blue Total Man sleeve lasts. Hoping it lasts at least a couple of months as I get a better stretch using the blue sleeves compared to the original Phallosan sleeves on my Phallosan Plus.

Both sleeves, the blue Total Man and the original Phallosan Plus sleeves would be too cost prohibitive at around $25 a sleeve for me to be shelling this type of money out every two weeks or month.

With the Total Man blue sleeve I can at least make 3 sleeves of 3 inches from each one 10 inch blue sleeve. So this may still be my choice assuming I can get 2 months out of each 3 inch sleeve.

Anything less than that and I will need to investigate alternative less expensive sleeves.

Anyone have any good suggestions on inexpensive sleeve options for the Phallosan Plus?
