One more thing, vacuum stretchers cannot possibly allow you to wear them at very high tension without destroying your glans (blisters and other VERY painful and dangerous stuff). It’s only for low tension as higher strain will create too much fluid buildup and skin won’t take it well. Strap system is the way to go if you’re in for high tension.
