I will add that the KR extender I bought is the exact same model as one I bought on eBay for £12.
In my opinion The noose is superior to the vac if you use a light pull so the penis is at its stretched length. No more tension than this is needed and it means the Noose wont become a problem, The time you can wear it is much longer if you do it this way. Remember you a trying to keep the penis at a stretched length so over time it stays that way. Only add bars when you cant feel that light pull any more. More tension and more bars does not mean quicker gains.
Also if you can’t put in the time don’t bother. 6 + hours a day. Its big commitment but if you can do it then go for it. I believe the extender should be the newbie routine, Its much easier on the unit (strengthening the tissues wise). I actually think PE careers (if time permits) should go Extending - Hanging - Manual. Extending is light and easy on the unit, Hanging allows you to adjust time/Weight as you go on meaning more controlled. Manual stretches are hard to judge strength wise but very effective, Especially Fulcrum stretches. I don’t think newbies full understand how hard the pull can be when doing manual stretches.
If I could start again this is how I would progress =
1st routine Extender = Light stretch, X amount of hours, only adding bars when the pull feels loose.
2nd routine hanging = BTC & SD, Light weight, X amount of hours, Upping time before weight, Small weight increase’s when adding weight.
3rd routine = Same as above but add fulcrum.
4th routine = Manual stretches straight down mainly and around the clock. Upping time from 10 mins to 30 over so long.
5th routine = Inverted V’s, Wants more stretches. Any type of fulcrum stretches.
Add some light jelqs to the above. Heat and Deconditioning periods.
All the above is my personal opinion, I understand not all would agree.
