Thanks guys!! DT warren- thank you for the testimony of your use of the extender! Even though the gains seem to be a little bit slow, they are still real!
There are a lot of people that complain or become discouraged or even quit by not seeing gains quicker. So respect for keeping it up!
I appreciate the other comments about the difference between an ADS and utilization of a stretcher.
My theory is that, under a level of tension somewhat higher than an ADS, but obviously less than doing a hanging session, could be a possible theory for promoting more gains by presenting a “middle ground of tension”.
I mean, I’m following the JP90 routine, even into my fourth month. And then I put the extender on for a couple of hours after the shower work out.
.And I have made some sincere gains and phenomenal increase in EQ..
I have some clamping and different silicone devices from AB Silicone on the way, but I’m not really trying for girth right now.. And I’m waiting to feel a little bit more confident and conditioned before I start hanging.. Part of the reason why A slightly greater increase in tension post workout might prep me better for the next level??
