I know the above is a little all over the place, but I am fitting this all into an already crazy schedule. So I’m a bit of an opportunist when it comes to finding time.

Relative to gains, I can’t say if what’s there is cemented. Right now it’s looking like I have gained possibly .25”. My starting BPEL was 5.5 measured end of June and now I’m looking at a hair under 6. My thought is that if I stopped all together I would end up at 5.75”.

All recommendations are welcome, let me know if you need more info or if something isn’t clear.

Thanks

Correction, the above should be NBPEL.

Honestly, I’m a little confused. If you call that a “I’m fitting this into my schedule” I do not know how much pe you would fit into a day if left to your own devices. That’s a TON. Wow. And 7 days a week? That’s way more than…umm…okay.

How old are you? What’s your physical build and shape? Do you smoke?

Do you want the “Almighty TG Way”? Read this some dude and his less is more approach*

Or just modify the method you’re using?

Now: 9" BPEL x 6.25" MSEG as of 11/10/2019 This is my story, a few progress pics of me here, and all my methods.

Then: 6.25" x 4.37" in 8/2009 Are you new to PE? Here's some advice I wish someone had given me when I first started.

My Extender and forward to 10" and balls enhancement project. There is no "Holy Grail" of Penis Enlargement. Only time and effort works. I'm *10* years in and counting. All you have to do is put the work in and keep the faith.

Age 40
Don’t smoke
15 pounds overweight, working on that.
Weights and cardio on and off, have probably been focusing too much on PE! Need to get back into consistent workout routine.

So yeah, your right. Now that I reflect, I’m currently doing a lot of PE.

I’m down with a less is more approach, recommendations are welcome.

Have you had any eq drop at all recently? Meant to ask that earlier.

Just recently I am beginning to notice some fatigue with EQ. Which I may point towards too many pumping sessions. I got a little pump happy because three weeks ago I went from the bathmate to a smaller diameter tube. So pumping has become more accessible and also giving me the elongation in the tube I was looking for. I guess you could say, I am in the honeymoon phase with my new tune.

Well, fatigue in your case is not triangulatable. Just too much PE. *chuckles*

The amount of stuff you’ve done and this being the newbie gains phase…I think you’re definitely setting yourself back.

My suggestion would be to take a month off. No PE. Set your gear to the side. Then, we can talk more about what devices you want to use or exercises you want to work with and your goals. Right now, heavy pumping concerns me. Because temporary expansion isn’t worth a possible ligament toughening risk. There is a good method we can use but we need to figure out what your goals are before I just pull a routine out my behind.

Current goal is nbpel 6.4 x 5. I have been jelqing and using bathmate with less intensity for the last 6 months of 2015. In May I came back to that similar approach, but then picked up the intensity when I got the extender the end of June and then the pump end of July.

Are you suggesting the month off for purposes of deconditioning?

Yes. Your pump use, especially early, can risk toughening your ligaments. And for your body to be primed for a “less is more” routine you have to actually experience some sort of strain from less actual pe.

We can get to your goal and likely with little device use. I know that the extender alone can get you there but we will see where you are after a month and decide which approach is the one.

You know what man, no rush, I agree. So your thought is, take a month, get some fresh measurements, map a plan.

Taking a month is 180 degrees for where my head was at, but I’m game.

Now I’ll quit mucking up this extender thread as I have veered its course somewhat.

Your time has been much appreciated.

Thank you

Javeez, if I may interject here. A decon break sounds reasonable. But either way, I would highly recommend that you pay attention to what your penis does on any given day. For example, there are days when I’m eager to put the extender on and when I do I notice that my penis isn’t cooperating. The extension is minimal and painful. And there are other days when the extender fits like a glove, pain is replaced by discomfort, and I coax a bit more tension out of the extender. These are the best days because I really juice the most out of them.

And just when I see my penis is agreeing with me too much…as in every day feels easy. I switch it up by either adding a rod (gains permitting), or changing my fastening technique. And this will undoubtedly put me back into a place where I don’t know how my penis is gonna behave from one day to the next. So I’m forced to pay attention again.

The thing is though that you have to be prepared to call it a day from time to time for the betterment of your overall conditioning.

It looks to me like you’re very eager to gain and putting a whole lot of effort into it. And that’s commendable. But perhaps it might benefit you to scale back on the devices you use, concentrate on one or two (combined with manual stretching) and take account of your relationship with your penis.

There's principalities in the whole thing.

You’re welcome.

My apologies, Big Worm.

No apology needed. This is a worthwhile discussion and relevant to the topic.

Thanks for the feedback.

My average with the extender has been 5 hours a day. The weekends tend to see a little less time than during the week. In the two months I have been wearing the extender I haven’t added any bars. I work to full extension within an hour of wearing it. My plan wasn’t to add any bars until I felt minimum tension in the current setup at max extension; however, that might not be the best approach? I can say that I was in no rush to add any bars. As far as devises I’m currently at two, the pump and the extender. Over the past three weeks I have been too aggressive with the pump, resulting this week in a slight eq drop. Other than this week having a little more fatigue than prior weeks, all has felt pretty good.

That is the extender that I use. I am a newbie, so I have not received any gains yet, but I’ve been wearing it for 6hours a day five days a week. Some advice though, get the extender with the strap band, because the one you have pictured is sooooo uncomfortable. The strap hand is a whole lot better. This device is affordable but as expected there is a few set backs. It is very bulky, so if you plan on doing a lot of walking while wearing it, it will get in the way sometimes. I am a truck driver so I don’t have to deal with that problem much, but I can’t imagine wearing it for six hours straight while being mobile. I have also started wearing it while I sleep. And you may have to use some type of cushion around your member because once you tighten it down it starts to pinch the living shit out of your member. I recently started putting my peen in a baby sock and then locking it down and I’ve been satisfied. But as far as gains, the only thing I’ve achieved is looser skin on my flaccid.😐
