Hi fellas,
I am new to this. I have a few questions. Any feedback is appreciated.
I recently purchased the quick extender pro. I have been trying it and I am not sure which way is the correct way to use it.
I am uncircumcised. Do I need to pull the foreskin back or I can use it with the with the foreskin covering the glands as longs as the strap is behind the head?
Pulling the foreskin back feels uncomfortable.
Leaving the foreskin in place feel better.

Extending can be mix you jelq exercises or an exercise routine? I haven’t yet trying this.

EG - 4.9 in

Goal EP 7.5 in
Goal EG - 6 in

If you can afford the extra money I suggest looking into the Auto Extender Vac Mod - it’s significantly more comfortable than the noose and effective IMO once you get it down.

Also be very sure to keep the tension mild for a while - I overdid it and it didn’t help at all just made it painful. Slow and steady wins…

pull the skin back, place the noose, then adjust, then pull your ballsack skin from the base to your ass, do the same on the side skin, make sure the skin at the top of the dick pressing the base is not too tight, loosen it if it is, then take the noose off, repeat the pulling foreskin back and place the noose behind the glanse. The skin in contact with the noose MUST be 1) CLEAN, not greasy. 2) stretched and no wrinkles. THat’s how the nose becomes comfy. RIght where the frenulum is I put a very soft cloth (silk/saten, that kinda soft) so the noose don’t pinch the skin into the bed holes, an geez I could use this shit endlessly with low tension, and very comfy at max tension for 40 minutes then it becomes a bit painful.

Place tape on the unused holes as your dick will suffer from being pressed to the bed and into those holes.

Anyone know how long the extender will stretch? I’m starting off at 8” in BPEL. Would the extender work for me?

It is been now 12 days and I think I have a hang of it.

Sometimes I feel that I tie the loop too much that prevents circulation. That’s not a good thing I will assume.

I just got mine yesterday. Did a 3 hour session and must say I’m pretty impressed with the design. Not sure about the pump that came with it though, seems a little cheap.

I can’t recommend the auto extender vac mod enough. I found the noose or ‘double strap support system’ to be exceptionally unpleasant.

Well, if for whatever reason you HAVE to tighten it “too much”, then just make shorter periods no longer than 10 to 15 minutes. If you’re getting too much slipping, try do some soft clamping or aided edging to make the glans bigger which will make it easier to secure it with a less tight noose.

I have been reading the forums regarding jelquing and other exercises.
Can this be mixed with the extender program? Currently doing 8 hours per day 6 days per week. Following the instructions.

the nice thing about extendes is that you can add up whatever other technique, except maybe for penis pumps.

one more thing, do not take days off. This is not damaging fibers kinda strain, so there is not really a need for recovery. If you happen to go jelquing and other methods, if they are too intense, then rest from those but not the extender. It’ll get you better results.
