Silicone sleeve just extended

My 2 silicone sleeve just extended/expanded and now because of it I can’t do vacuum hanging, what should I do? Please help because of it I could barely do one set of vac hanging yesterday. When I put the sleeve it just widens and the sleeve just extend till the floor and before it, it makes some pain my my glans. Is there a way to help my silicone sleeve? I tried to wrap around the sleeve yesterday 2 times but none of them did not work.

I think the only way is to put a tighter sleeve around it to seal the air. You could use a velcro strap for this around the sleeve when it is on the shaft.
