Saw some article about how any extender can be used for girth expansion…

He said that when you pose the device towards ground it will help in length and if you pose it upwards i.e. against gravity then it will help in girth…

I don’t own an extender yet, but if you do have one give it a shot or if you had given it a shot do let me know if it is real or really works

I have an extender & use it daily for about 2 hours. When I’m in it with the device pointed downward I get a nice snug stretch, when I place it upward to my belly button it seems to get fat. I can’t say 100% that it will provide any girth gains as I’ve only been doing it for 6 months at 30 min but I do like the feel of the thickness. I clamp daily too so it would be difficult to truly gauge where the gains are coming from. I can say that I was 4 3/4” girth 8 months ago & currently I’m 5”. It’s gaining from what I’m doing so I’ll continue.

My stats demonstrate a small girth gain, at the same time that “newby gains” took place.
I can’t elaborate beyond that, since I added pumping and other confounding factors.

My thought is that you get primarily length gains from stretching, but sometimes very small girth gains as well.

I have not read up on anything saying that stretching builds girth. I also haven’t seen anything printed saying it will not. I suppose it’s possible. Primarily for myself I extend for length & clamp for girth. I pump for both.

This was the old adage at the old X4 forums. That said, not enough of the guys there got girth enough for me to think the up pointing extender is truly viable for girth.

I think if you’re gonna get girth from an extender you should point up. But that’s all I will say, cuz I don’t think extender design really focuses girth.

My Extender and forward to 10" and balls enhancement project. There is no "Holy Grail" of Penis Enlargement. Only time and effort works. I'm *10* years in and counting. All you have to do is put the work in and keep the faith.

I have never heard that bit about wearing an extender up or down affecting gains in that way. It doesn’t make sense to me that a person could create new cells in their penis that would only affect one dimension or the other. It does make sense that stretching the tissues one way or the other would impact measurements in that specific dimension more than the other. So gaining say, an inch in length from extending, while only gaining an eighth of an inch in circumference makes sense to me. Or conversely, gaining three quarters in girth while only gaining a quarter in length from pumping or clamping would make a certain sense to me. There is quite a wide difference in not only the rate of gains, but also the type of gains seen by different members using different methods. Likely no “one size fits all” answer for this one.

This is just my experience, I’m by no means a pro

I’m not too sure about long term, but I get extra girth post extender session. Wearing it straight down or slightly down.

I do 30 min sets, heat to warm up and first few mins of extending, then leave it to normalize. Do that for however many hours I’m doing that day. I’m only onto my second month now with it, had to have a break from slightly injury. And the first month I stuck to half hour a day, as my penis was resisting the pull at first. So I’m referring to a ‘post pump’ state, not saying I’ve had long term results. My extender is set over an inch below npbel.

When I did 2 hour sets before the injury, it would only be longer with no real noticeable girth. With the extender set at nbpel.

Do most people get what is almost a post pump feeling afterwards? With noticeable girth? Is this something that’s coming from shorter sets and shorter extender?

Well I’ve been extending for a 5 months and I’d say “yes,” it is girthier. I think the reason is that it gets fat(very erect) when up and the blood seems to be kept there by the ring of the device being so tight, almost like clamping. (I haven’t clamped so I could be wrong). The base of my penis is getting so thick that it is hard to get my penis out. I may take a cue from Henryk and use a dremel to make the ring larger. And together with using a penimaster, I believe my glans is getting bigger. I pump right after so this may add to the overall effectiveness.

And to answer Mourningwood—it’s the opposite for me, my penis gets “stringy” like its been worked to exhaustion. That is why I like to pump after, it feels like the blood gets pulled in and it fills out the stretched stringiness to a plump, stretched max.

Before the injury, I was using 2 hour sets one after the other, 4/5 hours being the most I would usually do except weekends. It was the same for me, stringy and tired afterwards, especially the last set.

How long do you stay strapped in before a break? Also, do you think extending and pumping causes the tunica to become stiffer? I can’t remember where I read about that haha can’t seem to find it again

I know I’m not the first to be doing shorter sets, and I only started doing shorter sets because after 2 months of letting my penis heal after an injury, it was resisting the pull, which hadn’t happened previously. I also wasn’t gaining girth previously. I’m going to continue with it though, because unlike with the two hour sets, my penis gets better with every half hour set, instead of becoming more tired.

This is an interesting thread. I just bought a Penismaster Pro so I will follow up with what happens with me. Newbie gains I am hoping.

I do 1 hour to 11/2 hours depending on time and if my penis is hurting too much. I like to have intensity when using the Penimaster. I don’t really feel the intensity as painful, its pleasurable too me. I begin with around 30” in up position than maybe 45” in down position. And in the up position my penis is usually engorged. I used to do longer time in the up position, but the engorged penis in this position becomes uncomfortable at the base and I don’t think it’s ultimately healthy for my penis to have the ring pressing so tight, it may deform it in ways I don’t want. Part of that was ego anyway as I could use more rods in the up position. But my focus has changed and the number of rods in the down position is catching up. PLUS I’m really digging the sensation of the pull in the down position. It’s really pleasurable.

About the tunica being stiffer, haha—I’m not even sure what that is….so I looked it up:) Honestly, I don’t know.
I have to take measurements soon, we’ll see.

Mourningwood I do short sets extending 1 hour at a time 30 min off for a total of 4 hours daily. This does make my tool fatter after each session however it subsides quickly in that 30 min break. Used to do two 2 hour sessions which left me stringy. I believe there is something to the shorter sets. If I extend 1 hour & go directly into foreplay with my wife I easily gain an extra inch, yes an inch once aroused. We have measured & I’m normal 6” but doing this I’m 7” & my wife is like where that come from?

I too felt the pull as pleasurable most of the time and then quite tired. That was with 2 hour sets.

I no longer find it pleasurable doing shorter sets and shorter extender set up, but also no pain or fatigue. I don’t feel a stretch as it’s set at 13/14cms and I’m about 16.5/17.0cms nbpel. But I will be adding rods when the time is right.

I’ve already made a lot of progress since being at it again post injury. My penis is very relaxed in the extender now but was resting the pull a lot when I started back up again. I had some occasional ‘hard flaccid’ symptoms before starting up again, but light wet/dry pumping, jelqing and the extender has fixed that.

I’m not sure if it’s some previous gains that went into hiding, or it’s the shorter sets. But I am also getting immediate longer erect state, not just noticeable on the ruler, but my hands have so much more travel up and down when stroking haha. Upwards of half an inch.

What’s the comparison between your penis size and extender size? Im well over an inch under my nbpel

Mourningwood I’d say I’m the same an inch under my NBPEL . I too notice more coverage with my hands but more importantly I can tell as well can the wife that I’m reaching for the most part untouched territory with her.
