Using Monty's PE weights for ADS?
Hey guys anybody here using Monty’s PE weights for ADS?
I did a search and found some good information, but in those threads those guys were hangers, and were looking to supplement their hanging with Monty’s weights to ‘heal’ in the extended state.
I am currently not hanging, and I wanted to add in an ADS to my current routine. But I’m not sure if I will be getting the same amount of ‘pull’ most old fashioned ADS’s would give.
Right here is my routine, been doing it since September with slight additions in time for both stretching and jelqing.
15 minutes warm-up Rice Sock
10 minutes stretches (hold for 30 seconds, rest for 30 seconds, repeat)
5 minutes re-heat Rice Sock
20 minutes wet jelq (erection level anywhere from 50-75%)
I have the weights and have played around with them. I have the Stealth weights and am currently only using 4 weights (each weight = 7 ounces). I have 1 more I purchased that I could add. I want to get use to wearing it first though. Do you think that the weight will be enough to help get gains in addition to my current routine versus the same routine plus the old fashioned ‘belt + wrap’ ADS? I just can’t seem to get comfortable doing it that way, even with using a Captn’s Wench, so right now I”m opting for Monty’s weights. A lot easier to work with so far, but not sure if I”m getting the stretch I need.
So anybody using Monty’s PE weights as an ADS in addition to regular stretchng/jelq routine?
The 4 weights together weigh 1.75 lbs. I believe
With the 5 weights I’d be at 2.20 lbs.
