Hey guys anybody here using Monty’s PE weights for ADS?

I did a search and found some good information, but in those threads those guys were hangers, and were looking to supplement their hanging with Monty’s weights to ‘heal’ in the extended state.

I am currently not hanging, and I wanted to add in an ADS to my current routine. But I’m not sure if I will be getting the same amount of ‘pull’ most old fashioned ADS’s would give.

Right here is my routine, been doing it since September with slight additions in time for both stretching and jelqing.

15 minutes warm-up Rice Sock
10 minutes stretches (hold for 30 seconds, rest for 30 seconds, repeat)
5 minutes re-heat Rice Sock
20 minutes wet jelq (erection level anywhere from 50-75%)

I have the weights and have played around with them. I have the Stealth weights and am currently only using 4 weights (each weight = 7 ounces). I have 1 more I purchased that I could add. I want to get use to wearing it first though. Do you think that the weight will be enough to help get gains in addition to my current routine versus the same routine plus the old fashioned ‘belt + wrap’ ADS? I just can’t seem to get comfortable doing it that way, even with using a Captn’s Wench, so right now I”m opting for Monty’s weights. A lot easier to work with so far, but not sure if I”m getting the stretch I need.

So anybody using Monty’s PE weights as an ADS in addition to regular stretchng/jelq routine?

The 4 weights together weigh 1.75 lbs. I believe
With the 5 weights I’d be at 2.20 lbs.

Not Monty’s weights. I use fishing weights and have built up to 2 lbs, which I wear for about 5 hours a day. I am trying to supplement my pumping and extending. I have read that if you keep your flaccid in an elongated state for as long as possible, the tissue/cells have a better chance of healing in an elongated state. Hopefully, the weight will contribute to increased length, but I am not counting on anything significant, perhaps a few mms a year.

Can you go into more detail on your wrap system dtwarren1942?

Thanks for your input dtwarren1942. I think I will just have a go of it and see if it helps some. I will start off at the lower weight until I’m more use to wearing it and then eventually up to the full weight (2.20 lbs.). I will be slowly working my time up first too.

I didn’t do any ADS yet this week because work has been out of control the last few days and I didn’t want to have to worry about any weights falling off my dick at work causing undue stress/embarrassment….haha.

I use the cap and sleeve from my VacExtender mod kit to which I hang my fishing weights with a carabiner hook. So far, the weights have not slipped off.

I used the weights the last time I was hanging actively, but I got some mixed feelings. Some love them, some don`t. Truth be told, they are probably the best ADS I`ve tried, so perhaps the real issue here is that I hate using an ADS. :)

Tried using a vac ADS, but could not get it to work for me. Lost circulation once in a situation where I could not do much about it then and scared me really good.

As for the weights and attaching them, what worked for me is to wrap a thick cloth in front of the weights and then clamp it off softly with a cable clamp. It is possible to do this without restricting bloodflow. Once in a while, you take it off, but this seemed to work great for me. Never got Monty`s wrapping to work, but can`t say I tried too hard either as I quickly got this idea.

I actually worked as a carpenter using these things. :)

Renholder, I could never get Monty’s wrap method to work without losing circulation either. But I also thought the weights would otherwise probably be the best ADS. Everything else is either too bulky or risky in terms of things like something going wrong and everyone discovering your dirty secret. So I’ve never really used ADS. But it always nags me wondering how much they might improve gains. Can you tell me what your opinion ended up as on this? Do you still wish you could get ADS to work better?

I used the VacExtender cylinder cap and sleeve to hold on my golf weights when I first started using an ADS. There was very little pressure on the cap and never caused any discomfort. The cap and sleeve should work well with Monty’s weights as well.

I was using my vac ads cap with the sleeves. The weight that I use sits behind the end cap so you don’t get the pendulum effect that you get if you hang it off the end. Having issues with the vac system causing blisters but after taking advice it seems a tape based wrap is the way forward. I don’t think a clamp is a good idea at all. Either you clamp to trap the blood inside or there’s the possibility of the penis retracting out of the whole wrap system. Weights fall off, bad times.

Well, the key with an ADS is to let the penis heal in an extended state, so you really should not need that much weight or pull I think. The actual exercise is done with stretching, hanging or jelqing. I`m not even sure how important an ADS is. Does anyone really know?

I think a VAC setup is ideal for those who can make it work, but I did not. Maybe I did not give it enough time. Then you have the issue with lymph buildup.

When I start focusing on length again or get more privacy, I may start using the weights one more time. Try out the cable clamp method. It works great and you can quickly unclamp it if something happens or when you need to take a leak. I suppose you could modify your clamp to be even less bulky, but considering the size of the rings, it really does not add much.

I occasionally get some bruising on my glans when using the Vac cap and sleeve with my extender, but never when using it as an ADS with less than 18 oz. Once when I was using 2 lbs as an ADS I got some bruising, but that was when I put it on right after a pumping session. The new Vac3 cap is better than the old Vac2 cap.

Easiest way to put on golf weight is to put them on and have a sleeve from monkeybar’s autoextender.com cut just long enough to go over the stealth cap and then roll it just over your head I have 6 weights on at a time and haven’t had a single problem!

You guys who are having problems with the wrap causing a loss of circulation are just wrapping too tight. Yes if you wrap too lose then everything will fall off it is true but you can usually feel that coming and take preventative action.

The technique is one that calls for practice. Don’t give up on wrapping. It really should be very comfortable for long periods. When you feel head swelling coming on just do a quick re-wrap slightly looser.
