1-2 sets of hanging per day - Waste of time?
Hey everyone,
I’m currently jelqing and pumping, looking both for length and girth. I’ve never really liked stretches and hanging was what gave me the best gains in the past (possibly due to tremendous consistenty). However, I won’t have that much time to spare.
Do you think 1-2 sets per day hanging would be a waste of time or could it yield some gains in a 6 month + period?
Maybe I’ll just have to start doing manual stretches although I hate them.
