10min hang
Does anyone only hang for 10min at a time? As of the past few hang sessions I ended up getting blisters. I find it difficult to understand if it is discomfort from the weight pulling the ligs or if it is pain. I usually push thru until I hit the 20min mark. I am wondering if anyone does 10min hang 5min rest routine? Or should I go 10min hang 10min rest?
