36 hours? Ramping up weight?
So I am reading a little about the amount of time required to heal/recover.
Anybody try this?
Monday - AM sets, warmup, max, backoff
Tuesday - PM sets, warmup, max, backoff
Wednedsay - no hanging
Thursday - AM sets, warmup, max, backoff
Friday - PM sets, warmup, max, backoff
Saturday - no hanging
Sunday - AM sets, warmup, max, backoff
Also the idea of ramping up the weight seems interesting.
Warmup set
5 min - 3.5 lbs
5 min - 6 lbs
5 min - 10 lbs
5 min - 14 lbs
Working set
5 min - 10 lbs
5 min - 15 lbs
5 min - 20 lbs
5 min - 23 lbs
Backoff set
5 min - 10 lbs
5 min - 15 lbs
5 min - 17.5 lbs
5 min - 17.5 lbs
