A new use for the bibstarter?

Last night i was getting really frustrated hanging bad session, my dick starts to stretch more and more throughtout the session and the weights hit the floor so i have to sit higher and the only way i can add height to my chair is by adding towels (can u picture this). It’s fucked, i guess the only solution would be a chair with an adjustable, height, like a desk chair, but i am nore sure if you can slide or slouch down on these can anyone advise.

Anyway, so i am sitting on a bunch of towels so that the weights don’t hit the floor, anyway i get up because i am frustrated, long week, tired just want to go to bed and i think to myself there has to an easier way and i had been thinking of tension hanging without weights for a while.

So i pull the starter up and under my arse such that the hook on the bib is now in line with by back and i think what a great stretch, i just need something to hold it there, a belt!!!! Can you picture this???

The pull was quite nice and hit the base quite well and the comfort was great becuase you don’t have to slouch in your chair, just lie down. Just thought i’d post this, has anyone else tried this?

I like my desk chair. It’s adjustable, swivels and rocks - fantastic for hanging. As a bonus, the padded back is crotch high, so I can do inverted V-stretches over it. Cool.

Doesn’t the hanger mash your balls when you pull it behind your ass? Good idea if you can make it work.

I think I will have to invest in a desk chair, no problems sliding into the chair so you can hunch down in it to get a better BTC hang?

As for mashing my balls, well I would have thought that to, but they seemed to separate, there was no discomfort, perhaps I was sufficiently warmed up. I will keep you guys posted.

I don’t have any problems sliding down for BTC. A pillow in the small of my back helps prevent back pain. My desk has a shelf underneath, just a few inches shorter than my chair. I prop my feet on it.

Do you hang the weight vertically or horizontally?

If not horizontally, you might want to think about making a weight rack.

I have a meat hook attached to the bib and the weights hang off it. However when I hang heavier weights, bigger plates, I use a shoe lace.

Do you think that using the bib in the way I descirbed could be beneficial?

Well, I really did not understand it. If you are pulling BTC, it should be fine. Just be careful.

I think what he’s doing is pulling the hanger up behind his ass (think very extreme BTC) and anchoring it to a belt on his backside. Not a bad idea if the balls aren’t munched and tension is maintained.

Could probably even use weights kind of reverse-OTS to maintain tension, with the strap going from back to front, weights hanging over your chest.

I’ve tried this, but it made my balls hurt. Maybe there’s a way to get around this problem.

spot on, that’s right, as for attaching weights, spot on as well, I will try tonight in a couple hours and let you know. As for the balls part I going to try to super heat it.

I was wondering seeing as you are the most experienced hanger here if you have time and are a willing would you mind trying this method of hanging to see if it target’s the right areas? I can explain again if need be.

OK, say the size of the hole in your weight plates is 1 1/8 inch. Then buy a short piece (4-6 inches) of 1” pvc pipe and a cap. Glue the cap on the end of the Pipe with PVC cement. Drill a small hole in the other end of the PVC pipe for the hook to go through. Then simply stack the weights you wish to hang on the pipe, and hook the end with the hook on the hanger. The weights will now hang horizontally and not hit the floor.

I sort of understand what you mean by the PVC thing, I will get it eventually, I think someone posted something regarding that mechanism, I will do a search and see what I find, Thanks.

As for stretching with bib here is how;

attach the hanger as per normal;

Grab the hook and pull it under your ass behind you and once past your legs pull up behind your back.

Now, obviously you want something to drop the hook on to retain that tension, I used a belt tied around my waist, I guees you can adjust the tension however you see fit.

ONE WORD OF WARNING, ONCE YOU HAVE ATTACHED THE HOOK TO YOUR BELT, DO NOT MAKE ANY SUDDEN MOVEMENTS WHILST WALKING OR LYING DOWN, BE VERY CAREFUL.

In effect what you should have is your dickhead pointing to the back of your head.

Now I tried this last night whilst lying down for two hours and I found it very comfortable, much more so than hanging. I find hanging can be uncomfortable because of the strain placed on the head, maybe I am doing it wrong. This does not place any undue stress on the galns, also I felt more fatigue doing this on the ligs and the base of my penis. I did the following routine 1x20min, 2 x 35 min, 1 x 20 min, by the end of the last three sets I felt a dull ache, unlike when I hang, sometimes when I hang I don’t know if it’s discomfort or fatigue. I felt no discomfort or undue skin stretch during this process. I believe the principles are the same as hanging, the closer to the head you place the hanger the better the stretch.

If any of guys would try it and let me know what you think I would be really grateful.

Hobby, as for mashing my nuts, I had no problems, as I pull the hanger back behind my arse my balls simply parted company and went their separate ways.

I really don’t understand why guys are buying jes extender’s & penis stretchers for great sums of money when the best stretching device is the bibhanger for much less money, beats me.

To pvc idea sounds cool. I’ll make one. One question though. does the hole for hook go through both sides? i think if it goes though one wall of the pipe then whole thing aint going to hang vertically. Wont it be tilted somewhat? My squeeky wheel is starting to squeek abit.

Nothing wrong with tilting a bit, as long as the weights don’t hit the floor. If you can get the hook through both sides, all the better.
