I got a thrombose relapse yesterday. I thought it went away, but it didn’t. I think dual fulcrum hanging is the cause of this. I used 5 pounds. On the first day of dual fulcrum hanging I did 1 hour. Next day I did 2 hours (seperate it in morning and night). The third day I got really carried away thinking that I’ll get faster gains if I do more hours. So I did a whopping 6-7 hours throughout the day. That night I didn’t work myself to an erection if I had any huge veins. But I did check on the morning the next day. I noticed large veins once again on the upper left side of my shaft. I just completely ignored it and went again hanging for 1 hour. I know I’m very stupid, but you don’t understand I’m also very desperate to gain something. After I removed the hanger after the hour and worked up to an erection again to see how my veins. This time I noticed huge lump on the base of my penis which is basically a large nerve that comes from my pubic bone to the upper left part of my shaft. Whenever I pull my penis skin forward I feel a pain right where the pubic bone and lump are. Ever since then I’ve completely stopped and been taking 200mg niacin, ibprufren 2 pills twice a day, red wine, and hot wraps. I thought by my second day off my veins would have slowly come down. But they haven’t yet. I hope it recovers fast because I want to get this thing going already. The bottom line is I put too much stress on my poor penis for one day…6-7 hours (I was thinking I was Bib lol)! I should have gradually worked up to it. Dual fulcrum hanging is very dangerous especially because your hitting the underside of your penis which has a lot of capillaries that may get damaged. Better to do 1 hour a day and rest. As what Bib says I need to stretch out my tunica more and dual fulcrum is the best way for me. I’m using jelktoid’s method of hanging, by placing a rod on top of my legs and placing the base of my penis over the rod and let it hang with weights. Stretching my ligs is a waste of time, but I need to stretch the tunica that’s probably why I’m not getting gains. Can any of you experienced hangers specifically ones who dual fulcrum hang give me some advice. Have any of you got vein problems from over doing it with hanging?

Get your tape measure out and tell me:

1. The total length of the wrap you use, including cloth and thera if you use that.
2. Your flaccid stretched girth
3. Your flaccid stretched wrapped girth
4. The distance in mm between the adjustable hex nuts on the bib hanger.
5. The distance from the front part of the hanger and the head when it is on.

Also,

6. How long are your hanging sets
7. After each set is there any discolouration/coldness/numbness or soreness in the head and in front of where the hanger was
8. Do you hot wrap before your PE session.

That should do….for now at least

8. Do you hot wrap before your PE session. I usually take a shower before hanging, but the day I hanged for many hours I didn't use hot wraps.

I dont know much about thrombosed veins, but what it sounds like to me mike, is that either the pressure in front of the hanger is too high or circulation is being cut slightly, or both.

You dont use theraband then? Thats ok, no problem.

Does the cloth wrap you use have a slightly elastic quality to it? I use a thin sock for my cloth wrap which has a nice elastic quality. It needs to have some give to allow blood flow while hanging.
Perhaps this is too much with the extra wrap on top as well Maybe you could try cutting the cotton cloth down, bit by bit to see if this has any effect on the veins and on general comfort.

Thats ok I was just trying to see if there was a big difference between these but half an inch sounds ok to me.

On the right side of the hanger, undo the two wingnuts with the long screws and pull the side out. You will see two nuts on each screw. The bottom one needs to stay tightly against the hinge - ignore this one. The top ones though are the adjustable hex nuts. What I need is the measurement between the two nuts on each screw. Is this what you were measuring?

OK mike, I want you to cut your set length to ten minutes per set. This is a good thing to do if you are having problems. I have did this when I had skin problems but now I just do all my sets as ten minutes long. I think that uncut hangers are best doing 10min sets.

Are you cut or uncut?

Aha, a sign of poor circulation from the hanger. Cutting to 10min sets should help this. I think we are getting somewhere.

A shower is fine instead of a hot wrap. I dont think a hot wrap would have done much to prevent injury on that 6 hour hanging day.

Right, you over did it, and got a minor injury, you know this. What are the veins like now? If they are still bad then dont re-start PE, just rest until they get better. Then we can carry on when you recover, this thread will still be here.

The wrap has no elastic quality I just wrap it around. I think you’re right, I’ll cut it down more.

Yes, that’s what I measured about an inch.

I’m actually cut, but I’ll take your word and take it off every 10 minutes and break for about a minute.

I also agree that a hot wrap would have done nothing. I put too much pressure for one day and my penis wasn’t used to that stress.

My veins are still big and unchanged. It still hurts quite a bit at the base when I push down with my finger or pull my skin up in a eretion state. It looks the same. I’m using ibprufren and hot wraps but there doing nothing!

Could you try with a slightly elastic wrap instead? It might be better, but if not you have not lost anything, you wont know unless you try. My thinking is that if it is not elastic there is more chance of the circulation being cut off, but this might not matter without thera being used as well. Worth a try though.

Break for five minutes, jelq a little and start again. This is what I do and it really helps.

Pain is bad. Do you think it might be time to get it checked out by a doc? What ever you do, dont PE until its better. I know its annoying to have to wait from injury, especially when you havent gained because ive been in the same position. But you have to resist, or it will get worse. I’m sure you know all this but I just thought I would pick on you a bit :)

It’s more of a discomfort feeling than a pain. I would go to see a urologist but right now I don’t have medical or hospital insurance because I don’t work due to the bad job market in my IT field. And those visits are very expensive.

I cant do any hanging unless the lower hex nut is slightly wider, by a small amount (toe out), because the hanger slides down to easily. Have you tried different settings here, toe in and toe out?

If you cant go to the doc then I hope that someone who has had thrombosed veins or who knows about them will chime in, because I have no experience with them.

I guess its sit and wait time.
