Been LG Hanger using for about 4 months now...

The sleeve will prevent the IR heat from penetrating and reaching the tissue of the penis.

We fit all our systems with a 3” portion of sleeve, almost a full inch is on the mouth of the chamber. Good advice on not using too much vacuum pressure! I’ve always recommended only using what you need. I can hang 10 lbs with only 8 Hg’s.
Using heat is always helpful.
Sounds like you must be an un-cut man. Some un-cut men prefer pulling foreskin up over glans because their glans skin is so sensitive. It does however increase skin stretch. It’s really a matter of preference. Regardless of being circumcised or not, it’s always best to not have any loose skin, I’ve always recommended a full flaccid penis… slightly erect, but no more than 50%.

OK well I just tried a different method in terms of my foreskin.

I pulled the skin back so it was behind my glans.
Put some of the blue wrapping bandage, that came with the hanger, around my exposed glans, and secured the bandage with the white thick tape that came with the hanger too.

Eased my glans into the chamber. Tried to pump up to 8hg.

Had to stop around 6hg as I wasn’t too sure I liked the ‘squeeze’ or ‘pinch’ on my glans that I felt from the vacuum. A feeling I don’t get when I put the white tape at the end of my foreskin over the glans as normal, in the chamber.

I hung for a few minutes with the bandage method at 3.75 kgs (8.25lbs). Immediately felt the uneasy pull on my glans, or more specifically at the end of my glans where the ‘ridge’ of it is. Hung there feeling a slight cutting feel that I didn’t get before.

Decided to go with my feelings and chickened out and took off the weight and chamber.

Currently back to the normal white tape and condom over the glans method as I type this. Hanging for 1 hour. I used 10hg this time, though I intended on just 8.

I dunno, this alternative method of pulling the foreskin back doesn’t feel right to me, it’s too noticeable a feeling, one that is rather uncomfortable, and I’m sure this is not the way it should be.

Any comments or advice on all of this is welcome. It’s a bit weird that people seem to do things differently to what the LG Hanger instructions say. But yeah, anyone who has any help on this I would appreciate. Hope to settle more onto a system that works.

We have three glans protection wrap methods outlined in our instruction manual. I always tell uncircumcised guys to experiment a little and see which one works best for you. There is no right or wrong way to apply protection, and there are variations others have tried. The only thing I don’t advise is to use no glans protection wrap.

I’ll look into different methods. I just don’t know why my foreskin is swelling up at the front sometimes and sometimes it doesn’t when I seem to be doing the same vacuuming and wrapping method each time.

I thought I stopped it happening when I rolled up the front of my foreskin and put the tape on it, but then suddenly it starts doing it again. Can it be that adding weight does this? I went up about .6kgs last week and it’s been doing it since but I wouldn’t think that the weight upgrade is responsible.

Of course you are feeling some discomfort, your glans is not conditioned to this method. But I have to ask do you perform manual stretching with your for skin over your glans as well? That would be the same as hanging with with foreskin as protection. It will give no gains except more skin.

Nice related question. I have stretched with hands with foreskin over the glans all the time. Not sure how that would create stretch in just the skin and not the whole penis though, if that’s what you mean? As I squeeze hard enough doing hand stretches.

Also, when I was in hospital with lack of privacy, I started doing 1 hour hand stretch pulls in bed rather than LG Hanging.

I want to also ask if it’s a good idea to do 1 hour hand stretches in bed at home on some occasions rather than the 1 hour hanging? I can pull in different directions on the penis to give the same effort on the penis as my 8.25lbs weights do right now. Would that be the same or better or worse than the hangings?

Most guys here are circumcised and they hang, stretch extend and god knows what without foreskin covering their glans as protection. And it works for them. If you want to start gaining you should to.
And yes it’s ok to do manual stretching for 1 hour. With good technique and using the v-grip you can pull with much more force than 8,25lbs.

Certainly hand stretching is a viable way to make gains. I have always said hand stretching is foundational. Unfortunately most guys don’t have the patience or luxury of isolating themselves for a full hour while they pull on their penis. This is why weight hanging is a viable alternative. You can do other things while hanging weight that you can’t do while sitting isolated. I can very easily hang up to 12 lbs. for a full hour while I work. I can walk around the house, cook a meal, do dishes, laundry, answer emails etc. all while I hang. Of course I’m not going to be making any evasive movements like a running back carrying a football when I’m walking around with 12 lbs. hanging from my penis.

I can generate good fatigue and follow it up with 5-10 minutes of aggressive hand stretches to take full advantage of that fatigue and stretch my flaccid penis beyond what I can normally do prior to a hang session. So it’s really not an a question of which is better or worse, it’s more of a question of which is more convenient to your personal lifestyle. I’m the type of person who thrives on accomplishment, I hate unproductive time. I’m always multi-tasking. So sitting around for a full hour while I pull on my penis is wasted time for me when I can accomplish the same thing with weight hanging while doing other things.

All that said we’ve gotten several customers who were dedicated hand stretchers who said repetitive hand stretching ended up giving them tendonitis in their wrist and elbow after a few months.

Did 1 hour of hanging with just the blue tape on the glans with foreskin pulled back, no condom. Managed to see it through this time. Worked well, wasn’t so uncomfortable, kept the blue band on the pelvic bone end of the penis at the end and hand stretched for a while. Will keep doing this if all goes well.

Thanks for the advice in doing this guys. Hopefully it will help stretch the penis and not just the skin. (Been stretching since around March but not seen any Erect length lengthening yet really it seems.)

I like to weigh when I’m cooking and washing up and sitting by the laptop for a while too. Though I find it hard to walk around the home sometimes when I’m hanging due to the size and shape of the weights I use, I wonder how you all hang and walk etc. without the weights swinging too much? (I should tie the weights to my leg again like I did before, not sure why I stopped doing so.)

I don’t mind stretching with my hand for 1 hour etc. I pull it in different directions as instructed by an advisor about PE. I can do it when I’m at rest, sitting watching stuff or just surfing the web, or laying in bed when I wake or before I fall asleep.

I find it easier to do it when I awake than hanging when I wake too, allows me time to just chill and relax and think etc. in bed rather than being hit with the obligation to get out of bed as it’s “One of the things I gotta do first thing”.

Makes me wonder if there’s such a thing as ‘too much’ of intense stretching in the day. 2 x 1 hour hanging sessions plus hand stretching for short or long sessions with intense pulling all in 1 day, is that good or bad?

If the weights you use are balanced you can move about more easily without them smacking your shins. Our weight arbor holds plate weight that’s fairly narrow. You can also use a dumbell as long as you have the ability to drill and tap a hole in the end for a hook. It used to be easy to do that years ago when dumbells were made out of cast iron. Unfortunately all that stuff is now made in China and they use garbage metal that has hard spots that will smoke any drill bit that isn’t carbide, and then break a tap.

As for the work load you’re attempting to perform…. if you feel it’s too much at this time, back it down a little and gradually work up to it. PE weight hanging is very intuitive. You learn what you’re capable of doing and where your limits are. What you will be capable of doing in a year from now, and what you do today will be completely different provided you listen to your body and make adjustments in intensity as you progress.

Check out a veteran who’s retired from this forum…. ThoughtfulGold. He freely admits it took him 9 years to learn what he knows about PE. I’m going on my 10th year.

OK 2nd time I hung with blue bandage/tape around my exposed glans with foreskin pulled back for 1 hour - and after I was done and pulled the blue bandage off slowly I see a little bit of blood. Not a big cut, but just a tiny spot that you can hardly see, the blood was a little stain on the tape.

But that’s it, I’m taking 2 days off from hanging this way, next 2 days are just gonna be hand stretch. Guess that’s a 2 day masturbating break too, not that I do that so much these days (it’s weird I don’t have the urge for the last 3-4 months).

I think vacuuming up to around 6hg pressure was what did it. The truth is is that even when I start to pump a tiny bit and the needle don’t even move up, I feel that ‘pinch’ or ‘squeeze’, and I gotta go real slow to hit 8hg the last time (earlier today). I only wanted to go to 5 or 6hg just now but even that was hard to get to.

Maybe me having a thick girth makes it harder to or less necessary to vacuum pump?

But yeah, that blood has given me the ‘willies’ and the scare has put me off for 2 days. At least I know I need to let myself heal. Not sure how I’ll hang after the 2 day break, whether to carry on with this blue bandage tape method or see how the white tape/condom over the foreskin over the glans will go - I just don’t know why that foreskin swelling at the front started again when I thought I had it stopped for so long before.

I think it’s a fold in the blue tape pushing in too much to my skin due to the air pressure from vacuuming.

I wonder how important it is to vacuum with the LG Hanger. Maybe I don’t need more than 5hg - with 3.75kg/8.25lbs hanging for 1 hour.

You could try a few strips of micropore tape first then the blue bandage, that’s what I used.

Just use the micropore on the most sensitive spots and over the urethra.

Yeah the blue bandage is a bit rough. I don’t have micropore tape but can get some over the road in my chemists. I have some soft bandage material at home too that I may use on the skin too.

I’m taking a bit of a day off today, not even hand stretching (yet).

I wonder how regularly in the week I should hang and stretch though, all 7 days doing 2 x 1 hour hanging sessions?
