Been LG Hanger using for about 4 months now...
Hi guys, hope you’re all well.
I just want to ask what are the best ways to go about LG hanging after all this time. Asking for tips and additional applications I can make to just hanging twice a day, morning and evening, for 1 hour each time.
I started doing some pre-stretches with some Infra Red Lamp heating sometimes, for about 15 minutes at the most, and 15 minutes at the end. But apart from that I don’t do anything else apart from just hanging.
I’m now at 3.75kgs (8.25 lbs) hanging, upgraded from my hanging start of 1.25kgs (2.75 lbs).
I’m gonna do some ‘Basic 101’ searching in this forum, as I’ve been away a long time and haven’t done any PE for over 2 years until I started hanging, but I’d also like to speak to some people directly about what I’m doing what or wrong etc. and get some much needed help if that’s ok.
For what it’s worth, my current erect length is hovering a bit above and below 6 inches. It used to be 5 1/2 inches to 5 3/4s inches (pretty much my beginning EL since I started PE in 2014). Silly me though didn’t measure myself until a few weeks just before doing hanging and I can’t remember too much about what my tape measure said, whether I was sometimes at 5 3/4s or up to 6 inches at times.
So I’m not 100% sure if hanging has made me grow to a longer erect length or not. Since I started measuring more regularly though since about 1 month ago I have been around 6 inches.
