Hi guys, hope you’re all well.

I just want to ask what are the best ways to go about LG hanging after all this time. Asking for tips and additional applications I can make to just hanging twice a day, morning and evening, for 1 hour each time.

I started doing some pre-stretches with some Infra Red Lamp heating sometimes, for about 15 minutes at the most, and 15 minutes at the end. But apart from that I don’t do anything else apart from just hanging.

I’m now at 3.75kgs (8.25 lbs) hanging, upgraded from my hanging start of 1.25kgs (2.75 lbs).

I’m gonna do some ‘Basic 101’ searching in this forum, as I’ve been away a long time and haven’t done any PE for over 2 years until I started hanging, but I’d also like to speak to some people directly about what I’m doing what or wrong etc. and get some much needed help if that’s ok.

For what it’s worth, my current erect length is hovering a bit above and below 6 inches. It used to be 5 1/2 inches to 5 3/4s inches (pretty much my beginning EL since I started PE in 2014). Silly me though didn’t measure myself until a few weeks just before doing hanging and I can’t remember too much about what my tape measure said, whether I was sometimes at 5 3/4s or up to 6 inches at times.

So I’m not 100% sure if hanging has made me grow to a longer erect length or not. Since I started measuring more regularly though since about 1 month ago I have been around 6 inches.

But any advice or tips are welcome here. Many thanks.

I’d forget the pre stretching and just use the IR lamp for the first half of your hang session, other than that just keep going.

You’re not far off the magic 10lb range where most folk really start to see gains but also where a lot of people run into blister problems, maybe next time you increase weight reduce your set time for a week or so and see if you have any problems, then increase if ok.

When you say ‘first half’ of the hang session, what do you mean? Like only use IR lamp for the morning 1 hour and not the evening 1 hour?

Wow so 10lbs is where it’s meant to happen? Makes me a bit nervous that I may not have that magic happen though, a certain pressure that I may fail to get those gains there.

Yeah I may try and add some more weight in the next 2 weeks if the new weight (which I only upgraded to today) goes ok. Maybe give it 2 weeks. I’ll see about going easy at first as you say. I may even add the extra 1.25 kgs 30 minutes into the 60 minute session for some days to ease the new weight in.

I just used my IR for the first 20mins or so of a 45min hang, I may have gone longer but I can’t remember.
Don’t get hung up on the 10lb thing, I gained somewhere between 8.5 and 10lb, I quit due to blisters but I’d proved to myself it worked by then so I wasn’t bothered.

What are you wrapping with ?

Not sure what you mean by wrapping. When I hang I just do what the instructions tell me and put some tape at the end of my penis to protect the foreskin and put a condom over the top of my penis before putting on the chamber etc.

I do wonder though, after all this time, why there hasn’t seemed to be any noticeable erect length increase. I’m still just around 6 inches which I swear I was when I began.

By wrapping just meant your tape etc.
You won’t see gains until you reach the right weight for your physiology, for most it’s around 10lbs but some folk have had to go a good bit higher.
Like slowly putting weight on a set of scales eventually you reach a tipping point.

OK I’ll see how things go, or what I can add to the routine. I wonder why you say not to bother doing pre-stretch but just do heat instead?

I wonder if I should do jelqing before and after a 1 hour hang session too.

It’s strange with my foreskin at the front of my glans. It would be swelly after hanging sometimes, but then I learned from an instruction video to roll up my foreskin at the front of my glans then put the tape on it, to stop the swelling. That worked.

But this week that swelling has come back, despite me doing this rolling/taping method. I pump at 15 PSI to pull out the remaining air in the chamber, as this is what the instructions say (more PSI with more weight), so I don’t know if that is creating this swelling and extra loose foreskin at the end of my penis.

If I understand this correct you are using the method were you protect your glans during your hanging session? If that’s the case I guess that’s why you don’t gain anything except extra foreskin. I hang with LG and when I tried this method I noticed immediately that it was only skin that was stretched and almost no stretch on the shaft or ligaments. Have you tried to pull your foreskin back all the way and then wrap the upper part of the shaft and glans?

It was around 10lb for me too. 20lb was too traumatic and caused turtelling.

No I didn’t try pulling all the skin back along with the rolling inside of the skin at the front. I’ll try that.

Last night I got swelling and excess fat foreskin about 1 inch longer than the tissue of the glans itself. I tried to put less pressure in based on instructions to stop the swelling, so yeah I dunno what’s going on there a lot of the time.

As I wrote before, you cant protect your glans with the foreskin. Pull it back all the way and wrap your glans with tape as protection. Right now you use the chamber like a vacumpump to get more foreskin.

That’s gonna hurt the glans though if I put tape then pull it off later right? At least the thick white tape that comes with the chamber. (I’ll see how much foreskin I can pull back)

OK thanks. I don’t have the blue but I have some medical bandage wrap, I may use that with some securing tape over the glans.

Right now I use a condom over the thick white tape which covers the foreskin glans, as the condom as instructed is protecting the glans. I have to put some saliva on the condom to help slide my glans into the chamber - the glans takes some pushing and shoving with my finger to get inside the chamber, something that I don’t think other people seem to have based on the videos I’ve seen.

The LG is a great piece of equipment, but it takes some learning and getting used to. Its taken me almost a year to really get the ins and outs of it. But do not pump up to 15psi. Its too much and when you start hanging heavier it will cause blisters no matter how good you tape. I’ve learned that about 7-8 psi is good. Watch the blog on lg website and they show you how to tape right. The swelling will go down really quick. I would not worry about that. When you attach the lg its better to pull your skin away from the glands and make it attach just behind the glands. Use cotton balls to adjust the depth at which your penis goes in. I have a strong septum and I want to target nothing but that. If you don’t pull back the skin when you attach the lg is just pulling the skin and not the septum or tunica. This was a big a’ha for me. Next thing you need to do is IR lamp shining directly on your penis. You gotta heat up the tissue to get it to relax and stretch. Once I did this I had to adjust my weight from 12 pounds back down to 7.5 and I could reach fatigue in about an hours. This was big. Then my flaccid started to really improve. PE is very intuitive. I”m still learning myself. What I described above is something I have learned in just the last couple of months. Keep your equipment clean and only use the least amount of sleeve you can. The sleeve will prevent the IR heat from penetrating and reaching the tissue of the penis.
