Been LG Hanger using for about 4 months now...

Reviewed all the issues you seem to be having. I’d suggest you try the alternative wrap method outlined in our manual, or go back to pulling the foreskin over the glans and then wrapping. The microfoam tape should be readily available at any pharmacy type store. Here in the United States you can find it in the band-aid section of any grocery store. We purchase the Curel brand in bulk.

As for the amount of weight and vacuum you’re using you should be fine with that as it’s not very much weight or vacuum. I believe you need to find a way to wrap that is suitable for your level of skin sensitivity. The blue Tender Tape is the softest wrap available, it’s used in multiple medical applications because it doesn’t stick to skin like an athletic wrap.

How often you train is important too, developing skin conditioning as you progress to heavier weight and a full hour hang time is essential. Try training two days on, one day off, two days on, one day off. On off days work on erection quality. Your diminished sex drive can be due to a variety of things. I’d suggest a blood test to determine if you have low testosterone levels.

Hey LG!
I think that he only have stretch or hang with his foreskin covering the glans. So he is probably not conditioned for such heavy weights and long hanging times. That’s probably the reason for his problems.
And I personally don’t think the blue tape is hard for the glans.

I attach exercise bands to the LG and loop it around both feet while lying down in bed. I spread my legs wider if I need more tension.

I do about an hour, what I try to do is similar to pulse pumping. Small stretch to start, relax for a min then bigger stretch then keep going up. I use TA2 bands so lots of resistance there. I think I have to start increasing the vacuum as I start to slip out at about 45 mins in.

Only caveat is that I don’t know exactly how much resistance I am adding and just have to go off of feel. I have gone up to 8lbs with the plates and I can tell you it feels much higher than that when I stretch those bands out. Will only do that kind of stretch for about 10-15 secs. It feels like a really solid manual pull but without the arm fatigue.

Forgot to mention that the bundled arms work great while laying down. Always had to worry about movement when I used plates while using the bundled arms as the twist would undo itself if there was enough swing, it’s not an issue while I am on my back and can push for an extra turn. Wife doesn’t mind me doing this method as it’s under the covers while we watch Netflix or reading instead of me standing off in the corner or the sitting on the edge of a chair.

I plan on getting my feet wet with hanging early next year. I envisioned setting this up at some point.

Yes it is a good idea to use bands with the LG Hanger chamber. I may do that myself now.

Thanks. I think I got it down now using a smooth piece of thin bandage that I picked up from a hospital visit in the past. I don’t pump much now, maybe around 3-4hg and the bleeding has gone - which was only a pinprick of a cut anyway. Though last night I got a little bleed at the top of my uretha on the glans. Was worrying. But it didn’t leak blood, nothing on the bandage anyway.

How do you work on erection quality then? What does that entail?

I still go for 2 x 1 hour hanging sessions per day, though morning is normally 1 hour hand stretching in bed or as I move about as I start the day. But it’s good to know it doesn’t have to be every day twice religiously that I have to do this. I wonder if going at it like this hard though will be good or bad without breaks.

I like to stretch via my hand whenever I can as well as the 2 x 1 hour hangs. I imagine that is better? Maybe use some IR heating at the same time.

Would jelqing help with gains here too?

I always recommend hand stretching and jelqing as part of a balance PE routine in addition to your weight hanging.
As for how to work on erection quality….. I recommend doing so a minimum of three times per week. Obviously you need to be in the right frame of mind, and be physically / mentally aroused. Some guys use porn for stimulation, I don’t recommend that as there are too many psychological negatives that can follow. There are a variety of ways you can mentally stimulate yourself into an aroused state. Use your imagination! For myself I often reminisce over hot sex with my wife, or imagining how much larger my erection will be today. Whatever it takes to stimulate yourself into being erect. You can help yourself with natural stimulants like L-Arginine or even a small dose of Cialis that will help promote a better erection. Once you get erect you can physically stimulate yourself. Ideally you want to get and maintain an erection for 15-20 minutes and keep it between 75% - 100%. I will include some clamp work at times to get fullness. When you’re in this erect state you can do hand pulls and squeezes too. I always attempt to get the largest, hardest erection possible, and in doing so I strive to force myself to get bigger than the time before. It’s really a mind / body connection. The mind is a powerful tool if you learn how to harness it to stimulate yourself!

You can jelq as a pre-warm up prior to a hang session, and afterwards too. Heat is always a good pre-workout practice. You can even use heat with your post hang hand stretches & jelqs. The objective is to keep your flaccid full and prevent it from retracting while you recover.

The goal of working on erection quality is not only to force expansion, but also learn how to maintain a firm erection while having sex. As your penis grows in length and girth you will find it difficult to maintain a firm erection if you neglect to dedicate time towards working on erection quality.
Most importantly for your partner…. most women don’t like a limp dick and don’t want someone who can only have sex for 5 minutes before they orgasm. The benefit of working on erection quality and learning to Kegel properly while having sex will allow you to enjoy intercourse for how ever long you like. I personally like to last a minimum of 15 - 20 minutes before I choose to ejaculate.

There’s a variety of ways to pleasure your wife or girlfriend if you can learn how to control how long you can last. One of my favorite ways to give my wife crazy orgasms is to play a little tease game….
I only give her the first 2” inches with 9 strokes and number 10 goes balls deep. Then 8 short strokes and two balls deep, followed with 7 short strokes and 3 balls deep. Make her count down and by the time you get to one short stroke and 9 balls deep she will be coming hard!

OK so I started moving up from 3.75kgs to 5kgs with an extra 1.25kgs added to hanging sessions this week.

First time I would add the extra weight roughly halfway through hanging. It was rather sore but I could endure it ok. Not too bad.

Second time - blood was in the chamber when I finished! Scary! More blood than before.

It was from a blister about 1cm wide, and a little burst of skin that only showed a drop of blood from that cut. It wasn’t continuously bleeding but enough to cover the bandage with blood. So a tiny thin leaking of blood. But still horrible and scary and put me sitting there with my head in my hands thinking of how dangerous this all is.

I’m taking 3 days off from hanging and will just hand stretch 2 x 1 hour sessions a day, heated. Let the swelling of my foreskin just under the glans go down and let the blister heal.

I’ll have to pull my foreskin only around 2/3rds of the way back over the glans and not fully like I’ve been doing, which caused the damage - as the chamber rim pushing down so much on my glans is what must have caused the cut etc.

I’ll have to keep the weight only at 3.75kgs and see how I get on.

All of this makes my heart feel a bit weak, I hate that I’m damaging my penis of all things so badly that it’s cutting me and making me bleed. I’m sure others have had this too.

I’m not sure what you guys advise on top of what I’m doing here? Any comments of help are welcome. But it’s a horrid consequence to have in making mistakes along this PE journey, it shouldn’t be this way.

Started the hang at 2.5kgs, then added 1.25kgs about 20 mins in to go up to 3.75kgs for the rest of the 1 hour hang.

So this little pinch, cutting feel I get around the bottom of my glans I am feeling a little bit. Makes me think it’s gonna be hard to go up to 5kgs (which is what I weighed when I got that last bleeding moment last week).

How much should this discomfort be when we hang? Should we feel anything that feels like a pinch or soreness at all? Is this expected or normal? As I wonder if this is pushing myself too much.

Not exactly sure how you’re hanging with the weight you mention. However there should be no pain or pinching if you’re doing your glans protective wrap correctly. I’d suggest you stick with a weight that’s comfortable until you can achieve the proper amount of skin conditioning that allows you to hang with not complications or discomfort….

Still getting swelling under the glans since I took a week off and made some changes.

I’m using the ALternative Wrapping Method for the LG Hanger at 3.75 kgs. Under the glans when I’m done after 1 hour there is a swelling of skin, right where the blister and bleeding was before.

There’s not much I can do to stop this. I wrap the tape strips as according to the instructions in the manual, and even try to not pull the foreskin back fully over my glans, so there is some skin protecting that little ‘ridge’ under the glans where the swelling is and the weight doesn’t push down onto that part of the foreskin and glans.

I put some of the blue bandage tape on top of the other white taps for extra padding and softening so that the skin doesn’t get pressed too hard upon by the weight hanging down on it.

Really don’t know what else I can do to stop that skin swell though, I even had over 5 days off and some days don’t hang, and don’t hang twice a day right now.

If this continues I’ll have to just stick to hand stretching with heat. But right now I am very disappointed with how this LG Hanger is working out. I hate to write this after using it for so many months and reporting that it has failed.
