Benefits of Hanging
A lot of people here say that you should work on length gains first to reach your desired length (ex: for me, that would be 8.5” EL) and only then start to do girth exercises. So, estimating it takes me about 3-4 years to reach my length goal (which would mean a gain of about 1.75-2.00” EL), I should do that many years’ worth of hanging/stretching/wearing an ADS.
Can anyone tell me if this is a good approach? Or should I focus on both length gains and girth?
At this point, length is sort of a higher priority for me; I have an OK erect length (6.82”), but my flaccid length is somewhat small (only about 4.00” or so).
So, assuming my length-gaining approach is the right thing to do, what would be the optimal routine to do for a couple years, to make huge gains in length?
Goals: 7.50-8.00'' EL x 6.00-6.50'' EG
