Best heat pad for vacuum hanging totalman?

i am planning to buy the heat pad from totalman, but i am not sure if it is good enough, since when i vacuum hang i have the sleeve up my penis who keeps it from heating up properly (maybe?!). I would like to have something convenient, no more IR lamps - that is just too stressful for me to use. Anyone has experience with the totalman heating device?

I have one of the TM IR pads, but I only use it for healing before/after jelqing, pumping, etc. It gets warm fast (23-42 C), and I like the size (18 x 12cm), but it’s pricey. I like it, but have nothing else like it to compare it to.

I would add that you should be vigilant on that site. The price that shows on the web page may not match the price in the cart!

I use Totalman FIR. It does the job for low hanging with heat method in red setting. I recommend it.

However, you will get customs charging with shipping and its not the fastest arrival. You might want to get in touch before you order so they can adjust invoice value to $1 or something like that so you don’t get hit by customs fees. This was the most annoying part. Not sure why don’t have a Dropship centre in USA and EU. Its pretty standard with most e-commerce sites these days. Shipping all the way from AU doesn’t make sense.

I use only TM gear. Honestly it is great stuff. The vac setup, the pad, the new extender, it all rocks. Get loads of tape too. I made the switch to TM shortly after I got into PE and I am glad I did. The Heating Pad is really good!

I find it hard to use a pad while hanging. I have tried many different kinds. The thing I found, or actually suggested here I think, is a lamp style:

It’s a little pricey for some, but worth it for ease of use while hanging.
